It was a good experience for us in this Hotel. The check in was faster and the staff are welcoming and caring ! The room was clean and fonctionnal. The pool is nice but there are many children and that makes the experience noisy.

The service was very friendly in the restaurant. Especially waiter named Pepe, was warm and friendly towards our whole family. Also the cleaner of our hotel room, whose name don’t know, was very considerate of our baby. Hopefully she finds this feedback. Cleaned the seventh floor on 14-21.8.2024.

Beautiful hotel both inside and out. Very clean and modern. The only downside is the lack of evening entertainment.

Dodgy hotel with misleading and obscure selling/marketing practices. We were there years ago when it was the Holiday Inn and saw it had been refurbished so decided to give it a go. Little we knewthey have an old wing that is still like the old hotel and they actively hide from every PR shot. This area is not up to even 3* standard, and they will put you in there if you book through a third party. Apparently is down to customers to know without warning that all rooms without balcony belong in the old wing. Aircon and TV don’t work (absolutely ruined the experience being in July in Spain and unable to relax in the room to watch the Olympic Games). They actively lied about the faults and estimated time to resolve. Poor WiFi reception, dark, smelly damp corridors. Shower floods the entire bathroom. Disgustingly dirty rooftop pool with lots of “floating particles”. A complaint for a refund has been logged with the Spanish authorities after spending hours trying to reason with the front desk. Hotel director doesn’t even have the authority to make decisions on how the property is ran. All at 210+ euro/night for the pleasure. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, you have been warned

Lovely stay

Nice room, good breakfast, nice common areas, friendly staff. I preferred the the rooftop pool, as there were fewer children there. The pool did not have the best cleaning system, and the water got very dirty through the day - cleaner pool and some umbrellas would have made the experience even better. The doors to the room were not soundproof, and you could wake up from people running and speaking loudly in the hallways in late evening or night time.

Check in was delayed despite being told our room should be ready by around 3.30, we didn't get to our room till well after 5pm. The reception did ring me to confirm our rooms were ready which was nice. The bed was rather uncomfortable being quite hard and there could be better shelving/drawer space. There is no hanging for dresses. (Well there is but it's very short so don't expect to hang your dress without folding it). A suggestion for outside towel racks on the balcony as everyone hangs their towels over the balcony railing which doesn't look nice. The upstairs pool should be Adults only/no under 16's/18's. The pool downstairs is sufficient for children and with the bar and 'chill out' atmosphere upstairs on the roof, it was spoilt by having shouting children in the pool. The service in BOGO in the evening was very slow. I think management needs to do some undercover reviews and further training for staff upstairs in the evening. Despite that, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere upstairs very much. All staff we came across were friendly and willing to please.

The best place wehere to live

Property is perfectly clean and well maintained, staff is super polite and attentive, food was excellent, the hotel was full, but the atmosphere was quiet, everyone keeping to themselves, and the pools were delicious! Great rooftop area with pool and bar, close to the beach, easy transportation around, great restaurants, and a supermarket 200m away. Great choice that made our family holidays even more magical.

The hotel was very clean and stylish, breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, rooms were clean with everything you need. Both pool areas were very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. The only thing that marred our stay was the 82euro charge for lunch for 3 people which is extortionate. Other than that I would definitely recommend and go back.

The property has two buildings, an old building form the '70s and a brand-new building. I was given a room in an old part of the building and at the time of check or during reservation this was not clear - next time it would be nice if you can give a heads-up to guests so they can upgrade ahead of time. Even though old area of hotel was remodeled, hallway and elevator smelled of stale, wet and mold. Carpet seemed overused and stained, and the elevators ran slowly. The room had a Basic mattress and pillows. The bathroom shower tends to flood the bathroom if the showerhead was not aimed directly at the drain. Breakfast was great, so was dinner (which I had to pay additionally). The bar food and drink offerings were pretty decent as well. Staff at the bar by the pool felt always overwhelmed and busy. Service was ok, but very slow. My partner didn't manage to get coffee couple of times, as servers were ignoring him and helping other customers. I was lucky to get their attention.

Within 15 minutes of the city centre. Easily accessible via the tram. Supermarket close by. 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. The food was very reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The pool areas were lovely. The bathroom to the room was a little bit tired but all was very functional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would like to return for a short break again soon.

Booking with Hotels.com is a waste of money, you never get back your awards. they keep on the chat for hours without answering you. Don't book with Expedia or Hotels. com, they took from 4 awarded nights, it means 40 hotels night I stayed to deserve it and now they are erasing it from my account.

Very good and clean

Very good . I had a change of plans and had to shorten my stay . The staff was super helpful . There is an older part of the building . The Balcony rooms in the new wing are the way to go

Very nice hotel. The corridors that lead to the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable at times. The luggage cart had flat tires and difficult to maneuver in the hot corridors. Our rooms were near the end of the corridors. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Hotel and its surroundings are visually beautiful. The hotel was very clean. The food and drinks were excellent and could not fault the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Great service, nice room, very clean, good food. However very few employees are able to have a conversation in simple english.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is close to the tram line and a wonderful beach. The hotel has a wonderful pool but it would benefit from being heated, especially in the colder months. We went full board on this occasion but the lunch offering took a long time for service. Apart from that, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. If booking, opt for a room with a terrace as this has a pool side view. I didn't know this and we were located in the older section of the hotel.

The reception staff were excellent. We had a problem with the room and Lidia resolved the issue. Pedro also assisted with the WiFi connection. Thank you both! The food was good and there was lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Tram service very close so easy to get into the city centre without driving. We would certainly come again.
