Very happy with choice of hotel for first stay in johannnesburg. Food excellent. Pool was closed for one afternoon during our stay but staff arranged and took us to a neighbouring hotel to use their’s. Reinforced how good the pool area was in our hotel. Punctual shuttle to Sandton city. Hotel also on free shuttle stop for hop on/off bus

BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET EVER!! They made to order fresh juice. The omelet chef was amazing and the hostess was the sweetest thing ever The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. Definitely would recommend!

This property is gorgeous! It feels high quality the moment you walk in. Service is immaculate. I enjoyed every meal I had. In fact, I never went out, we ate on the property each evening.

Hotel Laundromat lost some of my garments and there was no hot water on one day during my stay. The hotel made no alternative arrangements.

Very nice hotel, is slightly older property, busy place lot of people coming and going, reception staff too busy to be particularly friendly, good security and ambience.

Convince. The free shuttle to the Mandela Square was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. The staff in the restaurant were lovely especially Martin. The front desk staff were not as friendly as expected. Other than that it was lovely

This was our first stay at the Hilton in Sandton and although its a 5 star hotel we didn't know what to expect since the ratings of a hotel could be misleading at times. This hotel however lives up to the reputation of a 5 star establishment, from the rooms to the restaurants, everything is well managed and the staff well trained.

My weekend stay at Hilton Sandton was incredible! The staff, from the Receptionists to the Restaurant staff and the Housekeepers were all very pleasant and kind, and always smiling. There’s a complimentary shuttle to the nearby mall every 30 minutes which was awesome!
