The room was spic-and-span clean, as were the breakfast and check-in area, and our room was very thoughtfully and comfortably outfitted. The bed was perfect size and super comfortable. The only issues were the left (hot water faucet handle) of the bathroom sink was coming off and there were no hangers in the small closet (by the door). Also, in the breakfast areas—both the hotel’s and the room’s—there was no place to put recyclables vs. compostables vs. trash.

We stayed one night for a concert. It was clean, check in was easy. No self
check out though, you have to see the desk after and no sheets/pillows or extra linens for the pull out couch and only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. OK because only one night, that’s why it’s 4 stars for me instead of 5 stars. Pet friendly and the free breakfast was decent. Would stay again for another concert!

Hotel and room were nice but we were placed in a handicap room and the bed was at a lean which made for a very interesting nights sleep but otherwise it was great.

Few suggestions. Change shower curtains, reek of mildew. New beds, that bed was concrete and spring city. Why have a fire pit if the area it is in closes at 9pm, people want a fire pit when it’s dark, not daytime. Major reason we booked this hotel, and it was not available to us when we wanted to use it

The establishment had an issue and needed to relocate us for the night. It was simple, seem-less, they upgraded our room to a neighboring facility and covered the cost. We appreciated their prompt notification and personal service .

The staff here are great and very helpful but the hotel room wasn't cleaned tub had black ring around it, microwave was not cleaned and desk had cup rings on table. Room out dated needs to be updated wasn't a good choice for my 38 year anniversary. Won't stay here again

The AC was very loud and it did a bad job with the humidity so linens felt clammy. Could not sleep.

Check in was great ( the person at the front desk was very welcoming despite checking in at 10:30 pm)
The breakfast attendants were very nice and helpful
But at the check out in the morning about 6:45 wasn't great ( nobody at the front and I said hello... 3 times and she came out from the back like I was bothering her )
when I said checking out and she said ok
I said please email the receipt and she said it is and that was it
NO eye contact and NO thank you...
I just want the residence Inn to know ...

Wonderful place to stay for long trips with family. My kids enjoyed it a lot and we felt at home while there. The staff is very nice, I highly recommend.

For the price would stay again.some small maintenance items in the room (woobly toilet seat, rusty runners for closet door, dusty air vents) would be nice. That said, quiet area and room was overall clean except the items mentioned above. Would stay again given the price

There was no hot water the first night of my stay. Could not shower before going to bed after a long day so that was disappointing. Luckily, when I woke up the next morning to get ready for an early meeting the hot water was working. Not hotels fault but there were several people coming and going all hours of the night. I was on the ground level near an exit so it kept me up ans caused for very interrupted sleep. The room smelled of marijuana. Didn’t feel like it was super clean because of that. Would not stay here again.
