Awesome staff, location is perfect!!!

Very noisy in the room. There is a loud and active bar just across from the hotel as well as audio that is piped out on speakers in the entire Patriot's Place complex that is all audible in the room.

Great location - within walkable distance to shops restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Hotel room was also clean and comfortable. Overall, excellent experience staying at this hotel!

The hotel was nice. But I was very disappointed that the two times I called to be deliver a toothpaste and the next day a water, the told me I had to go downstairs to the front desk to get it, and I was feeling so sick and dizzy and I went downstairs. I will ve traveling yearly to the same event business and we as a team are not considering this hotel again, it was the first hotel that did not offer to bring essentials to the room and they didn’t told me they were low on employees, or any other excuse, they just told me they don’t deliver to room and I needed to go to the front desk. This was definitely a first and there were two employees working in the front desk.

Great location for events at Gillette stadium. I took train up from NY - super easy. Walk to restaurants, bars, stadium, mall. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was super.

Was granted an earlier check in, no problem, staff was courteous and everything close by! Room was clean, spacious and perfect. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Nice place to stay, quiet rooms. Great location for many different activities.

The proximity to Gillette stadium and Patriots Place is perfect. There are several food and shopping options with walking distance. We will definitely be back.

It was well beneath the Hilton standards. Dusty, fingerprints on all surfaces including head board. Needed to switch out of my first room bec of an odor. 2nd room was only slightly better. I expected a-lot more out of hilton. breakfast- oranges were rotten and white on top. Not a little bit but mostly white. Main lobby was filthy- streaks from people’s drinks , not vacuumed carpets or mopped floors. The bathroom in the lobby had no hand soap. I opened the bottle to get the end bits- and water spilled out - meaning it had not been refilled for a while. Just gross. Would not stay here again.

Went to a show at Xfinity Center, was very easy to get there & back. Hotel was suprisingly quiet for how busy the area is. The room was super clean, beds were so comfortable, the staff was very friendly & helpful. I had my dog with me & the room was perfect for her. Plenty of room & also quiet enough that it didn’t overstimulate her in an unfamiliar space. I highly recommend staying here.

Every things was good except. They or someone should explain about free parking. Because of an event we're charged $60.00 for parking. i think the hotel should cover this cost. And was surprised by this with no options!

We had a nice stay. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The shower was amazing. Easy drive into the city. We will definitely stay again.
