Place was nice staff was friendly

It was cold I mean I k it it's a big place but turn the heat on when it's 40 outside

The proximity to the Xfinity center was really the only plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but with the cleanliness in the room lacking, it was hard to enjoy. There was an indoor pool, and having a bar/restaurant on premises is convenient.

Black mold on the air conditioning unit, the room smelled, we opened the window to help and there wasn't a screen in the window. Everything in the room was just a little dirty or broken. This is the Blockbuster of hotels, it looks abandoned and everything is outdated.The hot tub was advertised, but looked to have been broken for a long time. The indoor pool is right in the center of many rooms with indoor balconies, so you feel like you're in a fish bowl. Staying here was a means to an end of getting to the concert and having a place to stay for the night. But I would never choose to stay here if that were not the case.

the bed was comfortable and clean. Looked newly updated.

Staff was short and not helpful. Multiple rooms had very loud guests after 11pm which made it difficult to sleep. Bar was closed when we arrived but listed as open on the website.
