Dirty bathroom floor.
The floor in my bathroom was filthy. It was of white tiles that were full of black grime. This was very apparent as I was in an accessible bathroom where the floor of the shower merged into the floor of the bathroom. I reported the situation and was given a new room where the shower floor was also full of grime. Strangely, the hotel doesn't wash the bathroom floors regularly.

Very nice hotel, new, clean and friendly staff. It is more of a budget hotel but unfortunately our stay was on the busiest weekend of all time and last minute booking rates were 3x normal… breakfast was meh but if you stuck to standard toast, eggs and bacon it was good.

was happy over all . Room was nice . Jetted tub worked and layout of the room was good.
The air conditioner barely could keep up to the warm weather. The coldest we got the room was 72 even though we had it set for 67. Didn't ruin our stay but pay 239 for a room kind of want everything to work :)

All the cleaning Ladies were pleasant and friendly when we were in the hallways.
It would have been nice to have the heads up there was going to be a crane and construction crew on site before 8am. It was right outside our window. They were doing roof work. Sort of ruined much chance of a sleep in, which is often the point of a hotel. Otherwise it was good, clean and did the trick.

Very close to St Jacob and the outlet stores. There were lovely walking trails nearby and it was conveniently located close to the highway. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and it was obvious renovations have been done recently.

It was just a nice friendly, clean and hotel. It was convenient to shopping, dining options outside of the property, transportation if needed convenient to many restaurants. What was unusual is that only breakfast was available on the property, no lunch or dinner options.
What I want to emphasize is the quality of the staff. They were very personable and efficient. If for no other reasons, I would definitely return to this hotel because of the staff. They were efficient, knowledgeable and kind.
I loved everything about the hotel, but I must emphasize that the staff was efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I hope they are well paid.

Charges per night authorized anticipating food and drink charges. Not convenient for guest House keeping over 4 nights only once when asked for extra blanket. Did not get the blanket but bedding was straightened and garbage was emptied. Room did not have enough options for current tech charging devices. Staff was personable.

This hotel advertised breakfast included but this was NOT the case and the available pay for breakfast was ridiculously expensive. 5$ for a coffee. I was NOT impressed.

They put me in dirty room and I let them know, and they still won't resolve the issue. I called corporate office and I am hoping it will be resolved. The operations manager at the hotel said because I used Expeida they want there money because my stay was booked through third party Expedia. There were more issues in addition that need to be resolved, this is just the highlight. Elevator out, vacuumed hallways. hair in the bathtub. dirty water stains on the bathroom floor where not cleaned up around the toilet and the bowl not fully cleaned. garbage on the carpet in the room.
