It was great untill i found a roach

The toilet seat broken and the cleaning staff knew it the day before with no repairs. Shower head broken and hanging down. Staff acted like they couldn't be bothered. Room was clean and excellent pillows.

The light flickered in the mirror over the sink. There were no efficient blackout drapes (we are light sensitive), but we always bring blackout material to clip on the drapes. It’s not as effective as a proper black-out system but definitely an improvement. The twin queen beds and pillows were very comfortable.

I found food left in the fridge in the room.

The room was clean, but had a slight odor upon entering, went away after turning on A/C. Stayed one night it was ok for a layover if you don't want to be too fancy.

Carpet was wet all over. Air.Cond.unit was leaking water. My 2 dog beds were siaked by morning from leak. Bathroom sink had a crack from one side to the other. Water poured on my feet when i ran water at sink. Charged $35 per dog Hotel said pet friendly but no where when making reservation did it show there was a cost. Breakfast was another story, coffee tasted like what you would think dish water tasted like, the individual wrapped danish was stale & my husband said his cereal was stale. All was dumped in trash. Spoke with clerk at front desk and let her know about issues and her reply was i will reach out to Hotel.com. My reply was this is not an issue of hotels.com it is thr hotels naintenance people that need to address thus.

I loved the location away from traffic when lounging by the pool area. Overall it was a decent experience for it's star rating.

The stay was very relaxing quiet and comfy.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were firm and the temperature wasn’t too cold or hot. I appreciated the mobility room with the numerous safety bars and optional shower chair in the bathroom. It was noisier than we would have liked as our room was on the first floor with a very busy road right outside the window and there was a very loud family of other guests in several rooms surrounding us who chose to make their morning plans in the hallway outside our room at 6am.

Everything was near the hotel worked out very well

The curb appeal was nice and inviting. The room was clean. I wasn't impressed with the set-up of the bathroom. The door opened into the sink. Made the bathroom very small. We did not have washclothes stocked, nor enough towels. When I went to ask for another towel for our room at the front desk, they handed me a small pool towel. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Great place to stay very clean rooms, staff was great and the breakfast is outstanding.

I paid a $35 pet fee. My assumption was that the money is used for additional cleaning. My room smelled of urine and had dozens of "pee" spots. The carpet had obvious not been shampooed in months. The carpet had not even been vacuumed well. There were Cheetos, long threads and an Advil on the floor. The overall dirt was so bad, I would not remove my shoes. There was a live bug in the shower and a dead roach in the hall outside my door. The ice machine was broken (though I doubt I would have trusted it to be sanitary anyway. The check in clerk had to finish her cell phone conversation before acknowledging me. Once I got my key, she indicated that my room was "down that hall". When I asked for more specific information, she repeated the exact words. Had she been more professional, she would have told me my room was next to an exit where I could have parked my car to unload. Instead, I had to unload my car onto a luggage cart on an incline while trying to control my dog. Then I had to roll the cart and walk my dog through the lobby, all of which scared my pup to death. The check out clerk was no better. She was visibly annoyed when I asked for a copy of my bill. It took her a full 4 minutes to produce said bill. The only friendly/helpful person in the motel was the lady who managed the morning breakfast.

Really friendly staff and a good breakfast. The place was clean and quite. Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked liked it was well maintained.

Dirty-smelled. Carpets nasty. Staff hateful and hung up on me. Overcharged for pet fees. Quoted $35 for unlimited pets then charged $70 for 2. Smelled like cigarettes ..

The property was in very good shape. The shower had safety grab bars which us an excellent addition. Staff was friendly and effecient. The bed was very comfortable. Over it was a very nice travel stop and I would recomnend it to others.

This hotel has roaches and will constant try to charge your card during your stay for crazy amounts. My room had been paid for the entirety and they still tried charging my card for $200. Do not recommend.

Good overnight stay...room was clean and quiet and the staff was amazing.

There were no chairs in the room to sit in. Never experience that before. Was told only a few rooms had chairs. Front desk were great.
