The property is older though clean and safe. A few maintenence issues are popping up. The lobby, dining area and food were good. The staff was great. Our room had some maintenance issues (shower leaked from glass connection to wall, not enough outlets, phone face plate was missing) and it was not a quiet hotel. I only comment on the negative items because for the price per night, they were distractions from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Threadbare towels doesn’t begin to describe them. Literally holes in the ends, looked like lace at first glance. Bathroom floor was sticky to the point my shoes made sucking sounds. Decent breakfast, nice folks running it.

It had great parking for a pickup and trailer. The employees were nice and it was clean.

Did not feel like a Marriott. Not a good value.

Nice area to stay close to restaurants

Really bad . Had traveled and stayed with multiple Marriott’s in the past . This one has the tiniest room with poorly decorated, no sofa to sit , No pictures on wall . Will never recommend Fairfield inn in my life .

Price was very high what what the hotel was and offered.

I would have preferred someone to at least come into my room and make my bed. I can't believe I am paying more and more for a room, but receive less and less service.

The hotel is in a good location and the facility is well maintained. My only knock on this place would be the so called breakfast buffet. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged food and everything was mislabeled and in short supply. They ran out of coffee both days and only provide one coffee pod per room. What a joke!!! I simply will not return to this location due to these issues.

It had a recent remodal and in great condition.

Check in was a breeze. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well kept inside and out. Convenient location and parking. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. At first we were disappointed that the breakfast buffet was pre-packaged. But the hot food was delicious, and the woman who prepared it for us was so kind. She (Kelly) did such a good job making sure the food stayed hot and the dining area stayed clean! The front desk hostess allowed us a late check-out which was a blessing. The free wi-fi worked great. The pool and workout room are very small but super clean and sufficient for our short stay. The room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. It was a handicapped accessible room. Our only concern was that the shower was not built to prevent water from spilling over onto the bathroom floor. So, the entire bathroom floor was soaked with water every time we used the shower. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We were comfortable in our room. The towels were a little stiff and scratchy.Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was not what was described. The sausages were gray and did not look edible and there were no waffles even though there was syrup.

I love staying at this hotel but was disappointed in the hotel this time. First, the staff was subpar - they were never near the front desk and instead sitting in the breakfast area on their phones or not in fights. Also, wake up alarms were going on around our floor early the next morning - the room we were connected to had an alarm going off for 15 minutes until I called down to the front desk. When I left my room, there was another alarm going off non- stop just a few doors down. Are guests leaving these alarms on?! Bizarre.

Our coffee maker didn’t seem to be working. We mentioned it to the front desk and the immediately had a new one in our room. Very clean and nice staff

Room was clean. No housekeeping every day, but they tell you to call the front desk if you need anything. I had very little shampoo and conditioner in their bottles. They also should have had an extra roll of toilet paper if no housekeeping. The light in my shower room was out, I did not say anything since I was alone and could leave the door open. Other than that it was a fine property and I would stay again.

The front desk staff was friendly and quick with my check-in. The motel is fairly close to the highway and on the main artery road that runs downtown and it is only about 10 minutes from downtown.

It showed the option for Netflix and other streaming apps but it wasn’t connected to internet and when we asked the front desk if there is a way to use any of those apps she said she didn’t know. Breakfast was very disappointing. Very few options…eggs and freezer burned sausage patties. And we were told there was no waffle mix. The room was nice and clean. We couldn’t get any conditioner out of the dispenser in the shower though. Overall, it was fine for a 1 night stay but when I’m in the area again we will probably choose another place to stay.

We stayed two nights over the weekend and enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and easy to access. Breakfast was hot and good giving a choice between pork and turkey sausage which we don’t always see.

Very enjoyable stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Food selection was great - hot and plentiful. Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were very courteous and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel! Clean, quiet, and conveniently located on the West side of town away from heavy traffic and highway noise.

I came to see the Capitol Building and it was a short 5 minute drive. One word of warning, most kitchens throughout this city close early. I recommend you eat at Buffalo Wings. However, if you arrive late, go to Casey for a pizza. It’s not the best but probably you’re only choice and the people there are helpful and friendly. Casey’s is not primarily a pizzeria but a gas station and if you order a pizza, it’s around a 45 minute wait. Breakfast buffet was decent. Good coffee, most fruit (no bananas though); they have two nice waffle makers, omelettes and scrambled eggs along with cereal, yoghurt, pastries, apple/orange juice and granola bars. The Gym was pretty small but did the job as it had 1 treadmill and a bunch of dumbbells. Also had plenty of towels, hand sanitizer, and a very good water machine with cups so that you could stay hydrated. All in all, a fairly comfortable stay and I’d definitely stay here again if in Jefferson City
