Allmost bed condition

Well located and happy with our stay there. A big complaint was I had to show my license as ID and without my consent it was photographed to put on file. when I saw what happened complained and asked for it to be deleted. No valid reason to do that. Beware hold onto your license!!

In town for a show at Adelaide entertainment centre. Perfect location for a walk either to the venue or into the cbd, reasonably priced, comfortable beds too. There is an awesome 24hr bakery not too far from hotel. Highly recommended.

Room wasn't ready at check in. Water preasure poor, Very Dated room. Step up into bathroom to stub toes on. Towels etc not replaced each day. TV reception poor,

Great relaxing location.

I like that the property was in close proximity to where I needed to go. Has restaurants in walking distance. Included parking at no extra cost and included breakfast. I would definitely choose to stay again.

Good location, room was fine - late checkin was well organised.

The room was very outdated. Lights have been changed on the walls and havent painted etc so you can still see where they were. Cupboard door into the fridge doesnt fit properly.side entrance door was broken like someone has tried to break in and has not been fixed. Very thick dust and fluff all along window seal. Ceiling fan covered in fluff. Hair and dirt in corners of bathroom. View out of the window of our room was of the pool area which was in a terrible state, mostly empty apart from the dregs of water left in there that had rubbish and resembled swamp water. Very disappointing as have stayed there many times over the years but has definitely been let go. Staff were very polite and helpful, couldnt fault them.

It's a old delaperdated building and the rooms are old run down taps leaking onto floor chipped tiles in Bathroom and the smallest fridge you can get, and rundown and unusable pool and they want 250 dollars a what a joke. There are better hotels out bush for less and maybe better comfort. It should be rebranded the uncomfort inn

Good location, clean room, close to good dining options

The rooms very clean and comfortable. However the website advertised room with breakfast which is what we wanted but the hotel new nothing about it when we checked in. Disappointing if one books a room with breakfast, then find when checking in that is not included. The reception said they will let us know about the matter why the advertisement was misleading, however we never heard from them.

Walking distance to restaurants and cinema. Pleasant surroundings and tidy, clean and comfortable accommodation with car parking.

Convenient location with onsite parking, nearby shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Room was clean with all basic facilities that we needed. Lovely park across the road to enjoy a walk. Price of accommodation suited our budget. Will go there again to stay.

Great stay. Ideal location

Our deal included room, breakfast and parking. When we went to claim breakfast we were told they had run out of breakfast packs, no apology given just the fact they didn't have any to give us! No acknowledgment of payment made for breakfast, more the fact that breakfast was serviced to many other places belonging to Comfort Inn and they obviously missed out on stocking up. Therefore we had to find a venue nearby and buy breakfast. Didn't see any point in making a fuss as it wouldn't have achieved breakfast for us but we won't stay again.

The room is reasonably clean. However, there were 2 nights of aircon leaking. In general, it is ok.

They are undergoing construction yet nothing is mentioned anywhere.

The property is aging but clean. Good parking. Check in was drawn out and tedious. We just wanted to get to the room but we’re held up by administrivia, even though we prepaid our stay and had stayed there before.

Lovely breakfast pack provided.

The location is central and convenient to move around Adelaide.

Top location!!! Around the corner is O'Connell street full of restaurants and three blocks down the road is circular bus to Adelaide city.

Comfy beds. Close to town and shops. Code to door didn’t get to me via text plumbing noisy curtains didn’t close properly. In flight path so planes noisy until 10 pm

I was very happy there

Very noisy. It’s under the flight path for the airport. We could hear people clearly talking in other rooms and hallway. The fridge ran very loudly throughout the night. It’s 2 storey but there’s no lift. We weren’t told of this on booking. We started with less than a quarter roll of toilet paper. Advised of new roll in lounge cupboard, there was not! Receptionist kept insisting I just sign the check in form, despite there being errors in the information supplied. Location is great for local dining.

Good, clean, aging, but good off street parking, and close to a number of restaurants around the corner.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the Regal, it was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. It could improve if it had an escalator or a lift or need to book a ground floor room. But overall excellent.
