The stay was just great.

This hotel is not as reflected in the pictures. It does not have a real bar or diner and everything is in poor condition and it is also under construction. Booked for hot tub and the hot tub was out of service. It was dirty as well.

we liked the location since it was close to where we wanted to be. The room had several things that we did not like. the fitted sheet was rolling off the mattress since it didn't fit. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. they attempted to fix but they failed. our room was next door to an hotel storage room and it was very loud. we were schje3dule3d for two nights but left after one night

Great stay & friendly staff!

First, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied and awkwardly walked in on some Other guests. Then we were moved to a new room, that did not have the pull out sofa that was advertised and that we needed for our 5yo and 2yo. We were finally moved to the correct room on the 3rd attempt. Then while swimming with the family, the fire alarm went off in the entire building while we were swimming, terrified our children, and we had to evacuate outside. There was no actual threat and another guest said this was the second occurrence just this week. There was a giant gathering of some sort in the lobby, the type of gathering that should have been in a banquet room or something, but this hotel out this group in the lobby. Loud, people everywhere, hard to get in and out. The two front desk employees did their best to make it better while dealing with computer issues.

The issue I had with this hotel and Expedia is that I booked this hotel last weekend and it was a booking error that changed the date to yesterday. I instantly called the hotel and talked to a rep who said for me to go through Expedia to cancel the booking and get a refund. Unfortunately my money is still taken and I could not get a refund. Expedia claims that they have reached out to the hotel and did not receive no response so they could not refund me. So that is the reason for my review.

Door to bathroom was painted shut, had to be switched to a different room. Second room the thermostat didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work and there was no chair in the room. For the tv the screen kept scrolling and couldn’t change the channel. When we told the front desk they said there is no maintenance people there on the weekend. I understand they are still renovating, however if multiple things don’t work in the rooms then you shouldn’t be renting out the rooms. I’d like some of my money back for this stay, it was very disappointing.

To even carry the Hilton name is an insult Toilet didn’t flush properly in my room, the windows at the entrance looked to be half clean and please dummy even bother to pay the extra for the so called breakfast Not worth the money spent at all Will never book a non refundable room on here again Sorry didn’t take pics

Hotel was remodeling the patio rooms which I had originally booked so. Had newly remodeled rooms on 5th floor. Nice room but only furniture was the bed. Front desk promised a chair but it didn’t show up! Also dirty towels were by the pool for the entire weekend.

Staff were friendly, cozy accommodations, & hot food available on site— all nice! However, our room was not cleaned on Sunday to our extreme dismay. We stayed until Monday.

cleaning staff were excellent and helpful. At check in was not told by staff of breakfast options, or given any information regarding facilities and nearby restaurants or activities. Everything in convenience store very much over priced!

Hotel was outdated. Our rooms carpet was ripped, walls were dirty, and air unit wouldn't work. It looked like they were starting to do some remodeling due to lack of parking (that you have to pay $6 for).

The property was under construction and the parking lot around the hotel was very limited. Also we were charged for our parking $6 per night per vehicle and this was not noted on the website when making our reservations. We had three vehicles so we paid an additional $36.00 on top of a premium price already for two hotel rooms. I do not think we will be back to this property. It was very disappointing for a Hilton hotel chain. Front desk clerk at check in was rather curt and unfriendly. The hot tub was not working the first night either which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.
