The front desk clerk when we checked in lol at night was awesome . The check out ladies were also great to work with today. Will stay there again. Price also good too

This property was good but as an old hotel much of our room was dated. Our room was very clean, the front desk clerk was very cordial and efficiently checked us in. The breakfast served was actually very good snd comprehensive. Overall a very good stay.

It's a refurbished facility, clean and hospitable. Great bed best sleep I've had in a while.

We stayed here because of the pool and hot tub. They were both absolutely disgusting. The pumps were either not working or just not on and the pool had hair and various other stuff floating in it. There was a film over the top of both. The jets for the hot tub didn’t work. The grout and calling or coming off and left a white residue on all of us. Not to mention that our toilet in our room was never cleaned and had dried urine all over the seat and base.

My reservation was not available at the hotel and I had to find a receipt with an appropriate receipt number in order to check in. They had given me a phone number for me to call and that would have been the next step if the receipt I found in my emails hadn’t worked.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Pool was clean and clear. Hot tub jets were not very strong. Beds were very firm, too hard for me.

Bright white shower stall, very absorbent towels. Was on 2nd of 3 floors; ceiling creaked when people upstairs walked around.

You get what you pay for. Room was musky and stinky, almost felt like humid. All we needed for a quick sleep on a road trip. Thank god I brought a candle. Even my 4 year old said it smelled bad.

Needed a place to sleep in between our long trip back to the West coast. Saw reviews in Expedia that were mostly saying it’s excellent and clean. I beg to differ, room was not that clean, sink had residue of something or had bad patches of white stuff, towels had yellow stain.

Asked for milk at 9:10 and it was locked up. Asked attendant to for milk for the cereal and it was like asking for gold

The staff were friendly. The room was clean enough but looked old and dingy in the bathroom.
When we got in our room there was a small bug on the pillowcase which was unsettling. Next morning there was a larger bug on the carpet next to the bed. Being on the ground floor
next to an exit could be the reason for bugs.
Not one of the better places we have stayed.

Typical average hotel. Not dirty but not the cleanest either. Easy check in process. The main issue here was expedia said checkout time is noon. Hotel sign states 11am. I had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping tried walking inside the door while I was in the shower at 9am. I told them then I was in here and not leaving until around 11am. They proceed to come back 5 more times between 9am and 11am pounding on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign and told them all every single time I wasn't leaving until 11am and to please stop coming every 10 min to rush me out. I paid until 11am so stop trying to wake your guests up at 9am with do not disturb sign in place!!!
