We were tired from a long day when we checked in. The room we booked was not clean, the sofa bed mattress was filthy and unusable, we changed rooms. On the 4 move the room was adequate so we settled. Kayla at front desk was very helpful and did her best but the rooms needed deep cleaning

The only negative thing that i would say, is that the parking situation is awful.

Stair alarm went off near our room at 4:30am. This is an old hotel that really needs updating and better cleaning.

Staff was awesome. Anything if needed they offered assistance. Lady that checked me in very pleasant.

This place is in pretty bad shape. Our carpet felt damp underfoot and the bathroom had lots of water damage and mildew. I wouldn’t have wanted my kids to breathe that air for very long. The staff was very nice and helpful, though.

I had 5 seperate charges from the hotel and no one could explain why. Some charges have been refunded, but was still charged twice after checking out!

The elevator got stuck, and when we finally got into our room the fridge didn't work. Ended up having to fill a trashcan with ice in order to keep things cool.

Dropped an earring on the floor. Pulled out the fridge to find it. Cockroach scattered. Left without the earring.

Unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again. We travel to this area 2x a year and usually try most hotels in the surrounding area. This property didn’t match the photos online. Everything seemed very outdated and our room wasn’t the cleanest. There was stains everywhere, holes in walls, etc. The staff was friendly. However, everything else was a huge disappointment. 1 star rating.

Front desk employees were helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The hot tub was amazing, but we had to ask twice for clean towels even after putting the dirty ones in the hallway. The breakfast bar was good, but no microwave to warm up muffins that were there. Room was comfry and warm. Access to dinning within walking distance.

Bed was very stiff. The breakfast has the usual waffles, sausage, eggs! I was going to eat some eggs they were watery. There sanitation grade is a 80, so I just ate cereal and some water.

Very nice and clean room. In the middle of town so everything is walking distance and lots of options to eat and shop.
