Bathroom Tub was Dirty Mircowave smelled like old fish and rotten socks plus mircowave was older model took forever to heat food

It was super clean. We only used the room for a few hours just to get ready for an event but it was super quiet location and the room was clean.

The pool
I came in my room and the bed wasn’t made and trash wasn’t taken out

there was suppose to be a pool and exercise facility. pool was empty and the exercise facility was closed. key card didn’t work most of the time.

The beds were comfy and room looked quite clean. The breakfast area was fully stocked. The A/C unit worked very well at keeping the room cool.
The vending machines at both buildings either did not take money or took money but did not give credit for it. When I did get enough credit, after trying several items that were sold out I could not get my money back. I ended up needing to get refunded from the main desk. The building looked to be under some renovation with stuff stored in the gym area. Found that the back door going into the second building was propped open when we arrived and not sure how long it stayed that way.

Room was decent , staff was very friendly & outstanding comfort.
When I got there , the bedsheet weren’t changed and it was stains and lots of hair in the bed and in the pillows. HOWEVER , it was easy to get the room cleaned again before enjoying my stay.

NOTHING!, .......well, except for the breakfast area that was okay.
The shower/bath had no way to stop up the water as the faucet bath/shower pull to take a batch was welded permanently open(maybe overflows of the tub was a problem) huge water stains on the ceiling, Cockroaches! The curtains were torn with holes ,the desk phone was broken, their were NO..NOT ONE FIRE DETECTOR with batteries, there are NO FIRE SPRINKLERS ANYWHERE IN THE ROOMS, The A/C heating unit filter was full of debris and massive dust(I had to rinse the filter before using the unit),behind the beds, both with wrappers,garbage,bugs, ........

Location, easy to find
Air did not respond to controls. Could not adjust temp or fan control. Upper door lock ( the one you lock when you are on the room) was broke. Had handicap room. Had shower chair what would not fit in bathtub.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice.
The air conditioner was too loud when we turned it on. We were not able to keep it on. There was not adequate bedding for the sofa bed.
