I was comfortable and felt safe. The only thing I would like is that there would be more fruit variety for breakfast.

This was our second long term stay at this hotel. My family and I stayed at the Holiday in for a period of about 20 days during the months of July and August. We found the property to be exceptionally well run and maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and the area around the pool were kept very clean as was the breakfast and dining area. I'll be returning to the area in about a year and will definitely be staying here again.

The property was on the newer side and well-maintained. It was clean and comfortable. It was kid-friendly. However, the staff seemed unfriendly, disinterested, and were unhelpful. There were a couple times I asked for information about the area and the answer was a shrug with “I don’t know”. Then they charged me $250 for something ridiculous which I’m still fighting. Keep in mind when staying here there are no Uber, Lyft, taxi, transportation services, or public transportation.

Clean, simple layout, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with walk in shower. Reasonable breakfast to get you on your way in the morning.

Although the front desk personnel was very friendly, it was mentioned about me booking througha 3rd party, which for the record I am a Timeshare owner, yhrough RCI bit it was storming outside and I didn't have a choice.

the lady when we checked in was super nice no complaints. My issue starts with the lady on night shift who was beyond rude to me and my family. She threaten to call the police and kick us out because we’re being “too loud” yet no one from beside us ever complained it wasn’t until she came banging on our door that the gentleman across from us came out of his door half asleep asking what was going on due to the way she was acting. We were already in bed making sure our bags were packed for the next day and she comes saying people from downstairs were complaining because we were stomping at no time was anybody acting a fool especially because we were all tired I wasn’t able to sleep waiting for the police she supposedly called. If you had an issue with us because we’re Hispanic just say that next time. I give this hotel 0 stars if I could

Put us in a room on top floor, air conditioner was taken apart bolts laying on table where they were working on it I call they say we can move u to another room come back down, mean while I have my 91 year old mother having to walk around changing keys to change rooms with me, Rediculous, they should know what rooms are being worked on

Rooms were not cleaned. Half the workers did not speak English. Pool was clean. Ice machines were not working on all 3 floors.
