When i got to airport and called for shuttle service they said it was broken and you have to get your own ride. Seems like its a habit around here becouse 3 hotels i called that night said the same thing.

Great staff but average property. Not as nice as other Courtyards I have stayed. Lots more f rust around faucets in tub, bathroom door would get stuck every time you closed it, and room was very damp feeling. Air flow was also not well regulated. We had it on 68 and it felt 75 most of the stay.

Staff at check in was so wonderful! Professional, friendly, prompt. Explained 1st floor being worked on but confirmed it was still quiet (this is the floor with handicapped showers). Not a real walkable area...no sidewalks or crosswalks. Dinner at the bistro was great!

I paid more than usual- in hopes the reviews stating it was renovated would make it worth te stay. I had a rough week- attended a funeral- and was basically going to be there 10 total hours- but thought Id treat myself to a nicer stay ...
dissatisfied-rooms and building are in poor condition - older- need updating and fresh paint/flooring badly.
The room is moderately clean- but carpet and walls definitely dont look clean.

Courtyard is always a great place to stay. The power went out in South Bossier LA again and i wanted to be comfortable so i picked the Courtyard by Marriot.

Our room had a musty smell and ac filter probably needed to be changed. Bed was subpar and shower did not appear very clean. Also no complimentary coffee.

The staff did the best they could after wicked storm came through Shreveport and knocked out power to thousands of residents and numerous businesses including they hotel. They kept smiling and assisted guest as needed.

Nice hotel. Found empty booze bottles, multiple bottle caps on floor as we checked-in. room definitely was not cleaned thoroughly. Room was handicapped accessible but could not maneuver a wheel chair into the room without moving chairs. Limited room to move around with a wheelchair.
