The room provided was very spacious, clean, and decorative. You are located by plenty of places to eat and shop.

I was charged a little higher than expected.

The room was great. My daughter had her own room and bathroom just like at home. It was great we loved it and will stay again!!!!

The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive. We asked for more towels but we didn't get any more. Had to go to front desk to get more towels

Loved the rare two bedroom/ two bathroom suite. It was the perfect size for our group. Loved the free breakfast and free parking.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. We found several items from previous guests in our suite when we moved furniture: socks, a container of q-tips, a candy wrapper. There also hadn't been a full cleaning job in the bathroom with dirty areas on the floor behind the toilet and at the base of the shower glass. The facilities also had some wear and tear: the rotating plate missing from the microwave, rust around the shower heads, a sunken area in the middle of the couch where the springs wore out. But it was a comfortable stay with the space we needed and we made it work.

My friend and I had no hot water to take showers during our stay. We had to take cold ones which was miserable to withstand. We asked for coffee pods 3 times for the coffee maker in which my friend had to go directly to management to get because housekeeping couldn’t get it right.

The people that ran the shuttle was really nice. I had a broken bone in my chest and they took extra time helping me in and out of the shuttle

Room needed many repairs. Could not contact front desk around 9:30PM. Could not talk to anyone to ask for wake up call.

Everything. Easy checkout process, less than a minute. Everything was clean and I felt comfortable to walk around bare foot( a big deal for me)

The breakfast was fair. Food was hot. French toast and pancakes was over cooked.

When we arrived at our room there was a light out in the kitchen. A tile had come off and it looked like liquid was spilled on the wall. We told hotel management twice. The light was fixed the next day. The tile was never fixed and the walls weren't wiped down.

The room was spacious and attractive. Everything was provided for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was attentive and efficient. There was a nice seating area as well as we waited to be processed. The building itself was easy to navigate and the elevator was fully operational and spacious. The room was immaculate and had multiple rooms.

On arrival, on Labor Day weekend, we reserved our room way in advance but they got overbooked and our room was given away. I held my frustration to see how this would be resolved and gladly I did because we were given a room in the Garden Inn which is located in the same building; also we were offered free breakfast.

Everything!!! exceptional stay even with the renovations all the people that I came into contact with from the security , Mr Daniels, to the front desk, the gentleman that checked me in, the breakfast cook, really love her! the dinner cook, Leighton who sang for me, and last but certainly not least, Heather who was exceptional in helping me even though I had been difficult with her and she still assisted me greatly so thank you Heather forgive me for being short with you but you are a winner!!! I will be back.

This is hard because all was good, but a floor that doesn’t house pets
