Elevator broken , unfriendly staff , weird characters walking around the premises, foul musty moldy smell

Staff was very froendly a d helpful. The hotel was near everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was hot but I don't eat runny scrambled eggs but not having to but a meal out made it a plus to eat my breakfast (minus the eggs) at the motel was great.

As soon as I walked in our room the air was damp feeling, the carpet was very old and it also felt damp. The linen never felt dry no matter what time of day or night, the tub was very slippery and when we asked for a mat to put in the bottom we were told those were not provided. This was a sister trip and two of my sisters are very feeble so I did request a room with a shower only if possible but that didn't happen. We asked about that and the guy asked if we wanted to be moved to a hwndicap room and we did BUT there wasn't one available. We asked for a shower chair to be used in the tub and they did have that but one leg was bent and wobbly so we were afraid to use it for fear it would.break. This motel is old and didn't have space for many things and I won't be staying thete again!

The room had a smell & stains all over carpet & stains on white comforters. When i booked for $194 a night i expected much nicer & cleaner. The bathroom was very small & dingy looking. Will definitely NOT be booking here again while in the area to visit family.

Beds were comfortable. Slept really good. Didn't hear the neighbors. It was a last minute booking due hotel I was booked for telling me there were no rooms available and so glad they had rooms. The lady at check in was nice and quick.

Train is loud and constant. Room was not clean: -pillow case had dirt stains -lipstick stains on sheet -stains on comforter under belly band

The male receptionist on Monday morning was quite rude. I got there a little before 9:00. I thought breakfast was from 7-10. I was unaware it changed for weekdays. I began my waffle and he started unplugging everything. He did allow me to complete and assisted in what I asked. I then went to get my bagel out of toaster and he had already locked the cream cheese. A poor man came a few minutes after and he was told breakfast over. He asked maybe cereal and milk. He was rudely told breakfast over. I arrived Friday and weekend staff was pleasant but Monday morning a different story. I was not the only one displeased.
