Old and dirty hotel. A very bad smell. Room in a pitiful state. No more shower gel. We got 2 face soaps for 5. 3 bath towels for 3 days for 5. They told us they had more. Breakfast... no comment. We had no service. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Especially with children.

Very comfortable with many conveniences. The breakfast are was spacious. Nice selection of morning treats. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Staff not very competent. Stay was fine. Front desk forgot to inform about basic things. Had to ask to get info.

My wife and I booked a two-night stay expecting the same high standards we've experienced at other Homewood Suites, but this location was a huge letdown. The evening staff were unwelcoming, and the hotel was in desperate need of updates. Our room had a difficult-to-open door, worn-out, foul-smelling carpet, and worst of all, threadbare, stained pillowcases. The bathroom was barely cleaned, with a bloodstain on the door and toothpaste on the wall. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a $300-per-night hotel.

The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was great and our room was clean as usual. Our room was equipped with higher end soaps, shampoos and lotion. I rarely use hotel products, but I occasionally use them at a Hilton. I loved having a dishwasher as my child uses spill proof cups and it isn't easy on the road without a dishwasher or kitchen. My son enjoyed the pool. The pool was too cold for my liking but no one else seemed to mind. I'm very cold natured so it may not be worth mentioning. Other guest definitely enjoyed it as well. The laundry room is on the second floor. It is equipped with 2 sets of machines and they do accept a card, pay by some app (can't remember the name), or coins! The charge is $2.50 Per cycle. I liked that a lot because I always do laundry on the road so we aren't dragging around dirty clothes. The location was nice and tucked back away from everything. We are from Ky and I thought it was odd to hear bang bangs (if you know what I mean I don't want banned from reviews lol), there is a sportsman club connecting to the property just fyi. Sounds like home to me, I just did t realize it. You don't hear it inside the hotel at all or in the pool area, but we heard it while getting into our truck, during daylight hours. There were plenty of dining and shopping choices in the hotel area. Check in and check out staff were great. We will stay again.

We stayed just for one night but I will definitely return to this hotel if we are back in the area. The room was very spacious and clean. We were able to use the pool and the breakfast was much better than we expected for a free hotel meal. I received a call a few hours after we left because a belonging was found in our room. This service went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all so Much!

My family stayed here for over a month. Loved our stay! Room was cozy, cleaning team were so kind and lovely! Breakfast was yummy every morning, good variety. We actually miss the staff and staying hello!

We didn’t expect housekeeping happening every the other day instead of every day. When the front desk told us about this on second day evening, we had nothing to do but just ask for clean towels for the night to shower. They gave us two only while we were asking for five (we have five people). They said they need to keep them for other customers. Also, don’t expect the breakfast will last to the end.

1. Not the best experience. 2. Stayed for 5nights. No one cleaned the room 3. One of the morning staff yelled at a kid/ some kids. After speaking to him about the situation he said “ It really doesn’t matter, today is my last day working” I think there are some great staff but there are always a few concerning eggs.

Hotel room service was every other day. They skipped us after I told them they could clean in about an hour. Then the next day they decided to come at SIX O'CLOCK AT NIGHT!! Like, what hotel thinks house keeping is acceptable at night time. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Flat pillows. We tried to ask front desk for extra pillows and towels, they "didn't have the ability to do this" at night. Also, very inconveniencing. How can pillows and towels not be available 24/7.

Property needs to be updated and the AC is very loud.

It was a convenient property. Check in took very long time due to a new system being implemented.

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Certain front desk employee could have been a bit “nicer” but overall everyone else were super helpful.

During our stay, everything was perfect except the room service team. We stayed in the hotel for 4-days/3-nights and when we asked for room service, receptionist told that they wont do the room service on 2nd day, they will do only on 3rd day. So on 3rd day, we informed in the reception to do room service and they confirmed that room service will do the same day at 5pm. But when we returned in the night, the room was same as in the morning. Then we called receptionist and she told that she don't know anything about it. This was a bad experience for us.

The room was extremely nice, but we had kids and I had explicitly rented this room so they would have a pool and the pool was closed which aggravated me

Non feather pillows is not an option apparently. Tried 2 days in a row and never got them.

Our stay as great. The room was nice and comfortable bed. The property is nice and the breakfast was good as well. Continental offerings with eggs and a meat as well.

The carpet in the room was very very dirty and it smells very bad. The beds were uncomfortable. But the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was good the couple days were stayed. There does not appear to be a shuttle on the weekends! Watch what you click on, on the tv to avoid paying $20 (for one full viewing of a movie). Most (not all) attendants either were not around or not friendly/inviting. Dirty dishes, dirty towels/face cloths and stain on sheets unfortunately… did not feel like a Hilton experience!

We didn’t use the pool, the hotel suite was spacious. I didn’t like that the kitchen was not stocked with enough dishes or silverware. The breakfast had few items available. It sure could use improvement. Definitely Not comparable to other Homewood suites we’ve stayed at. This one needs improvement.

The hotel filled all our needs.
