It was an ok stay. Definitely understaffed. Staff blamed everything on too many customers on graduation weekend and were dismissive to rude. Food laying on the floor in the hallway all week. Room was mostly cleaned. Never refreshed during stay despite saying they did every other day. Family in a different room said sheets were dirty. Suite size was nice. Beds were comfortable. In room kitchen was fine with a small complete set of dishes. Breakfast was variable. They definitely could not keep up with the crowds. Pool was ok. A little cold. You have to turn in your drivers license to get a pool key and there were no towels. Front desk had no towels to give.

This hotel has nice spacious rooms and their check time is so convenient, it's not like you're being chased out. The only issue was our room had a problem with the toilet - poor/slow flush. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay 👏😇

Our stay was lovely! The hotel was in a quiet setting, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was very good every morning. Our only complaint was there were very few handicap parking spots and they were not monitored so people without tags were parked there.

The front desk lady was not friendly. The breakfast was not the best. The rooms could be cleaner and updated.

The room was wet on the floors when we arrived. There were no pillows in the living room at all? Very odd for a Suite. The shower was okay, the lack of gluten free options for breakfast will keep us from returning unfortunately. My daughted couldnt eat most options available. The pool was also much too cold.

The staff was friendly, however, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The lobby was well kept but it ended there. Our room smelt like spoiled food as soon as we walked in. We ended up buying Febreze to cover it up as best as possible. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed, there were gobs of hair on the bathroom floor and the comforter smelt so badly of body odor, we had to remove it. I have stayed in the area for the Boston Marathon for the past 9 years (different hotel every year but similar/same cost) and this is the only hotel I will be sure to never return to.

Receptionist was great very friendly. Pool was cold though and area around is freezing. Room was little dirty here in there mainly in bathroom. But overall suite was nice. We did have to ask for sheets for pull out and extra towels since 6 of us and was only supplied for 2. Bust fast service getting what we needed food and shopping with minutes.

Perfect stay! Was very impressed with the kitchenette in our room. Included microwave, stove top, full fridge and freezer. Very spacious room! Pool was great for the kids. Overall we would stay every time here & highly recommend!

The suite was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. We especially loved the kitchenette, which made it possible for us to prepare our own meals. Since we were on a tight budget for our weekend getaway, it really helped us to save money by not eating out. They had many breakfast options, but we do wish they had a waffle or pancake maker. We plan to stay there again in the future.

The room and facilities were a little worn. Needs an update. Suite doors didn't close, bathroom lock missing, shampoo containers partially installed. Just needs an all around refresh! But staff was super nice and helpful.

Nasty once we got to the room dishwasher had dirty dishes , blood on rug and sheets ,dirty shower curtain. Called to change room and they said they changed my room 3 times which was a lie but it’s whatever I will never go back there.

The smell in the hallways and rooms was really disgusting. People were constantly cooking in the rooms some kind of seafood.
The chairs, coach and carpets were very dirty. In fact, there was a big red stain on the carpet next to the bed.

We arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in and the front desk found a room that was available. That was where the positive experience ended. We booked a King suit with a kitchenette. There was a broken cabinet door and food splatter on stove's back splash. Both upholstered dinette chairs were heavily stained. The sofa bed's mattress had a huge stain on it and did not have a mattress cover. The spare blanket appeared old and worn and not freshly laundered and they only provided one extra pillow for the sofa bed. I expected a little more for over $300/night.

No complaints. We were there for 4 days to explore Salem. Staff was friendly. Hotel was accommodating. I would stay again!

The carpet is very dated and dirty. The floors were disgusting, especially by the elevators and hallway carpets seemed never vacuumed. The place just needs some attention. Even the grounds had trash and hadn’t been well kept. Housekeeping was not good…

Rooms were nice and staff was friendly but some stains on the floor and underneath cushions. Nothing terrible and what to expect from a place that allows animals. Many things to do in town or within a short drive.

I chose to stay here because of it's location to Boston and the Franklin Zoo. We only needed one night. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because of water testing from prior in the day. Also the water in the shower never reached a beyond tepid or even warm level to accommodate a shower. I chose to just wash my hair under the tub faucet because that's all I could stand. It was freezing to the touch. So, to not have pool access with the kids and a freezing shower at almost 250 a night I'm disappointed.

Proximity was good. Water was dirty and I was given excuses and no apology. There were families living in the hotel and many times there were certain items that were taken and there were no additional items available to other guests. I would not stay there again.
