The front desk was awesome very kind.
The phone in our room was broken, the tv didn’t work. However we got a great deal and we didn’t need those so it was okay with us. Would stay again

Bed was comfortable, but the smell of weed was throught the room and hallway. Also, when you turn on the lights roaches were running around at night.

It was roach infested and not clean at all.

The bed was very comfortable. We ended up having a leak in from the ac unit that was fixed within minutes of us finding it. The floors could have been swept a little better but otherwise everything was clean and tidy.

I guess the old saying holds true “You get what you pay for!!”
Upon arrival to the hotel the outside looked super run down. When walking through the front entrance it had a “wonderful” aroma of marijuana, which was so over powering! There was a hole in our wall covered by tape & fruit loops behind and under the bed.
The bed sheets & bathroom were clean.

The swimming pool water was hazy, cloudy, and did not have a chlorine odor. I should not have let my 11 year-old daughter swim in it. She was sick the next day with vomiting and diarrhea. There were dead insects in the pool water and the floor in the pool area. The shower room had mud all over the floor and there was left over food on the tables in the pool area. These conditions were present all three days that we were there.
Also, the staff was more interested in their phones than they were in assisting the guests. The evening girl behind the check-in desk definitely needs some training on how to perform her job. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, even if it was free.

Excellent check in on first floor as requested. Window, but view of privacy fence. Bath room needs some repairs on walls, otherwise will stay here again.

Broken tub stopper tub would not hold water

Floors greasy and dirty in lobby, hallway, and room. Tub didn’t look like it was cleaned. Breakfast was anemic without sanitary trays for food utensils; shared milk container. Front desk quickly gave me a different room after my first one stank of weed.

Front entrance was amazing but as you walk down the hallway it smelled of mold and bleach cleaner

It was very pleasant clean affordable and they had everything they said they had ,we really enjoyed

Very large amounts of mold everywhere, holes with caked up gunk on everything two inches above the ground, ac moldy, air fresheners in cabinets spraying at the inside wall of the cabinet, shower falling apart, pool area not small child friendly, sheets were not cleaned from the previous stay and I found proof of that which prompted us to end our stay prematurely and end vacation. (we had a new remote in our room, no big deal right? well we found the old remote... in between the sheets...

It was no the best got to the room the toilet was not working they didn't get no one to unstop it til the next day and when I went up to use it still wasn't fix what more can I say want go there again.

The overall stay was okay, but I wouldn’t return. There were blunts and cigarettes in the room on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. There were two roaches in the bathroom. Why have a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom if you can’t use it? It was broken. The staff was very friendly and nice though, so that helped the stay.

I didn’t even stay there. The address to the property is not even the address. I went 20. Min out of my way. Called the hotel to cancel, they told me I had to call Expedia to do it and Expedia told me they couldn’t cancel because it was already “in progress” whatever that means. Expedia also told me that the hotel already charged my card, when I chose to “pay at property”. Called the hotel, they said they did not charge my card. Anyways. It was a huge ordeal. All I wanted to do was cancel my room, didn’t get to and they charged me full price. Terrible customer service too.

The pool was cold and had dead bugs in it .it was raining in the front lobby from the sealing.

Broken lamp, very bad mattress, bad pillows, broken towel bar on the sink, thin towels. Tv not working, but the responded fast and fixed it.

The room is in need of repair. The curtains have been damaged and will not close and on the first floor facing the parking lot, that’s a problem. No coffeemaker which was replaced with one that doesn’t work properly. The furniture in the room is sticky as if the varnish has been damaged. Frankly, it’s disgusting. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable so that’s a plus. I would not stay here again. I’m of the opinion that the owners recently purchased property and are trying to recoup their investment before renovating.

The place is ran by a group of people who is racist and the place is horrible below living standards it smells like mildew the front desk clerk was rude and mean and racist her and the owner of the hotel they stole my money I couldn’t get a refund do not ever stay at that place it’s terrible shouldn’t be in business

The water heater had gone out, so there was no hot water. First they put me in a room that was not cleaned up and beds not made. Then they put me in a room that did not have a TV controller and look pretty shabby. The breakfast bar was good, though.

Our room had recently undergone renovation. A towel rack fell off the wall right away, and the shower rod and curtain came down as my husband showered. A bracket for box springs extended several inches from bed, but hidden by the bed skirt. I raked my calf across it when I got up during the night. Not badly injured, but could have been. No cloths rod in the closet. No hair dryer - had to ask at front desk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but overall experience was poor.

There was no hot water both nights that I was there. Taking a cold shower was not something that I had planned on doing.
