The room was clean & updated & in a convenient location. However our room backed onto a pedestrian street & was so noisy we barely slept. Also the body wash in the shower was empty & the young lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. I probably will avoid NH next time.

This was a nice property but, when we arrived at almost 4:30 after traveling all day our room was not ready. We were told it would be 5 minutes but, it was 15 minutes. Check in was 3. That's not acceptable when we are paying a lot of money each day for the room. We also had issues with our bathroom door not closing and my daughter was stuck in there for several minutes. We called to have it fixed but, it wasn't fixed properly so it never closed. The cleaning staff was very nice and brought us whatever we needed each day. The staff in the breakfast room were all very nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel, perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, everything in less than 10 minutes walking. Hotel is friendly, clean, very confortable, spanish speaking, excelent location.

Amazing breakfast, will definitely go back just for that. Other than it was just closevto shopping area, so had a great time there with my family. Thanks

Our room was freezing- we couldn’t get the heat to work so they brought up portable heaters and blankets. The breakfast was great. Outside the hotel was a building next to them under construction and was dirty- but no fault of the hotel. I probably would not stay again.

Excellent location good value

The property and staff is amazing went above and beyond to help us in everything i love the rooms and they were so clean. Breakfast was delicious had lots of variety i will be back for sure. Belgium was beautiful and hotel was near everything

Our favorite thing about this hotel was our city center location, as it was right in the middle of everything we could possibly need. We found an excellent food hall around the corner called Wolf with a wide range of affordable eating options. In previous reviews I noticed people complained about homeless people right outside the hotel. As someone who lives in Los Angeles and New York City this was the least of our issues. None of the homeless people bothered us at all. We didn’t feel unsafe, in the city itself but as normal the growing issues with Israel were a concern anywhere in Europe. We didn’t like the breakfast buffet very much, and we also didn’t like the attitude/rudeness of staff telling us to leave the breakfast dining area promptly as breakfast ended. That is unheard of for me. The male staff from front desk to doorman were exceptional and polite. The female staff, one in particular very unpleasant upon check in, we didn’t appreciate that after traveling a long day. A MAJOR issue we had was the gym access. The hotel offers 24/7 gym access, however, they failed to mention that it’s not their private gym. It’s the local neighborhood gym and guests such as myself are given access to this gym. I did not workout there because it was disgusting. Every local and their mother were there, with no space but even worse it smelled like feet. We wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is far better on Expedia than in person. Reviews don’t quite match the experience.

Bathrooms have a very high bathtub, for a 5’2 person like me is dangerous and a possible hazard. They can improve them. Room are nice and comfortable. Great location, close to the station

Excellent hotel for the city centre. Next to the metro line and walking distance to main shopping areas and the grand place. Only place I will stay when in Brussels.

Staffs were so helpful and friendly. Also, hotel is extremely clean!

The best part of this hotel was the front desk associate (from Madrid) lovely personality and very helpful. She made us feel welcome and provided amazing recommendations for touring the area!

Great hotel! Although Expensive

Excellent location

First room tv and toilet were broken asked to move the second room smelt very bad and was so loud . You should be giving a discount or advising customers that it’s under construction. Every morning 7am the drill was going. Wouldn’t come back to a NH hotel.

We had a Junior Suite which I would have to rank as the most disappointing Junior Suite I have stayed in 20 years of travel. The lavatory reeked of stale urine like a public toilet. The shower could not have been smaller, a real elbow banger. I am very slim, but a larger person would not fit. The floors were fake wood laminate which I find cheap looking and unappealing. There was no luggage rack, so suitcases had to go onto the desk, but there was a empty space behind the TV the size of a closet with nothing at all. Plenty of space for a wardrobe or luggage racks, but there was simply nothing there. The location was at the fringe of center town with a lot of construction and many old empty buildings where homeless would sleep in the vestibules at night. On a bright note, beds were comfy and staff was impeccable and breakfast was nice. Lobby was also narrow and unimpressive. For the money spent, I wish I had chosen differently.

The service and people

We stayed for 3 nights, the air conditioning was not working on first night.. we were not able to tolerate the heat keep coming out in our room, so on second night we request for room change .. the staff are very helpful and response quickly so we eventually changed to a room with air conditioning.

Our room did not have working air conditioning. We complained to the desk and they said a/c system had not been turned on. This seemed odd since there was air in public areas. They said to open the window. There was a karaoke place below us and there was noise into the wee hours and we were exhausted after 2 nights. Do not take a room on the rear side of the hotel as the pedestrian alley can be busy at night The room was darkly lit and had small pillows. This has made us never want to stay at this hotel chain again as we were lied to.

Excellent location. In the city center. Waking distance to Grand Place. Great value for price. The extra bed for a third guest is located in a separate room which is great for privacy. Only downside is it can be noisy at night due to the close proximity to all the bars/nightlife.

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, sights, & train stations. The hotel is under construction but still clean. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful in every way possible. I would absolutely stay again & recommend to others.

When my husband and I decided to return to Belgium for a second visit, we did not hesitate to stay at the NH Collection Brussels Centre once again. It is well located in an area with many restaurants and just a short walk to La Grande Place. The staff on both occasions were friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and we felt safe. The delicious buffet breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel again.
