The room had repairs that were very poorly done. The table top was chipped and then painted, the bathroom was poorly caulked, and the bathroom sink was obviously painted but not well. The refrigerator in the room was loud and the ac/heating unit rattled when on. The pillows were horrible (felt like chunks of foam were inside). The staff was friendly but dressed in sweatshirt and sweatpants. The "breakfast" was truly inedible and, due to the location, there was no place close to eat instead.

Definitely felt old and a little dated, but the staff was great and the breakfast (biscuits and gravy!) was really good.

Overall everything was great. Two things kept it from being perfect. Breakfast had no protein only carbs - waffles, bagels, cereal, biscuits & gravy, juice, coffee but no eggs or bacon or even yogurt. The beds were too firm for my taste. But the place was clean, easy parking, easy late night check in and very close to the airport.

I called when I landed and the reception said the van would be there to pick me up in 8 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again and they said they stopped shuttle service for the evening. No apologies were made. After traveling 24 hours and waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle, I had to take an Uber (all my traveling companions were long gone by the time I found out I needed a ride). The hotel is very old and in desperate need of refinishing. Not so dirty as just decaying.

The property was clean the staff was excellent. The internet was not working. The ice machine was broken. The shuttle driver is creepy.

No internet. The morning maintenence crew was eating the free breakfast and the manager joined them? The cleaning crew was standing around breakfast area as well. The corridor had an awful smell. In turn made breakfast very unpleasantly.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Not very hot water in the shower, terrible airplane noise all night, and a pretty mediocre breakfast, but the price reflects that and I would probably stay there again

Very satisfactory...only issue was that the shower control was disfunctional....couldn't get hot water....and Salt Lake water is cold, cold, cold.

The hotel location was great and appearance of hotel was pleasant. Inside of whole lobby and first floor hallway is an overwhelming smell similar to a bathroom aerosol deodorant. Way too strong and not enjoyable. It was a good breakfast offering but no gluten free options which I need. The hotel was convenient for the unplanned stay we had to make.

The hotel had my reservation, but overbooked the hotel and I didn’t get a room. I had to sleep on the floor of the airport. The staff member was very rude and not apologetic at all. A very bad experience.

The shuttle service from the airport is convenient.

We requested a top floor room when we made the reservation. They did not assign us one and we were unable to get one when we checked in. My husband is a very light sleeper and got little rest as the people above us made noise early and we could hear the alarm clock next door.

I stayed in room 105. It smelled like mold and was hot and humid. I had issues with the toilet and told the front desk. They then told me that they were having issues with it before. Not a very pleasant stay will not stay again.

Lobby was pretty dirty, there was a spill in the entry of the elevator (looked pretty bad!) that was ignored.
Night clerk after 10:00 PM was not so friendly or helpful.
Paid to leave car there and fly, if flight is late getting in, there is no shuttle service.

Was adequate for a short night before an early flight. Nothing special but nothing wrong with the hotel either.
