Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything and the view from our room overlooking the beach was great! And the service we received from Joanne (Front Office) was so amazing! She even went out of her way to call us to let us know that our room was ready! Amazing customer service provided by her from check in to check out the following morning!

Second time staying here since it’s been refurbished and I can’t fault it. Really clean, modern throughout. Bedrooms are big and airy and the beds are so comfortable. We had a family room for our 12 year old son and the sofa bed was big and comfortable for him too. Breakfast is brilliant! So much choice and all freshly cooked. We used the swimming facilities and the only criticism is the women’s changing room. Things had been left and not cleaned away, dirty floor by the showers and no access to lockers. The changing rooms were undergoing a refurb but members still had access to lockers, our clothes were piled with others clothes by the pool side. Location is perfect for the town shops and only 10mins from the Lanes. Parking was easy, located behind the hotel.

Overall great stay at the hotel. Shower pressures could be improved. Parking is always near full and most parking bays are inaccessible for anything larger than a medium sized car.

To be honest. I’m beginning to believe if you book through 3rd party. When you arrive at the hotel they add the extra charges. Like I booked a twin room and only to be told I booked a twin for disabled. I know for sure I would not do that. So there were an extra charge of £60 it should had been £90 though they said they were being kind. Breakfast, is extra but they don’t tell you, you have to book the night before to get it at a cheaper rate. £22.50 reduce rate £18.50. That’s a big difference. They sure k ow how to make money.

Stayed for a conference, excellent facilities. Stylish room, very clean. Warm cookie on checking in that was a nice touch. Great location

We had a very pleasant stay at the DoubleTree. A very large room with queen bed and a sofa bed. The queen bed was fantastic, the sofa bed however not so much. Nice and spacious bathroom with rainshower and good beauty products by Crabtree & Evelyn. The Metropole Bar serves very good food.

Very nice but room too hot so had poor sleep

Sadly part the celling fell down when we was in the shower apart from that nice

The twin room very dark Lighting poor bed to high if you are not very tall water on floor under sink walk in shower gap very small water runs down side the only good think was a nice hot shower The breakfast very nice food not very hot but that is most hotels problem

Stayed two nights in this hotel. Things I liked: 1. Location: The hotel's location is excellent. 2. Ocean View: The ocean view from the room is stunning. 3. Room Comfort: The room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. 4. Included Breakfast: The included breakfast was decent and satisfying. Things I didn't like: 1. Check-In Process: The check-in took too long; we had to wait in line for 20 minutes. 2. Bathroom Utilities: The design of the bathroom utilities is counterintuitive and inconvenient to use. Overall: Despite a few drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable and I would consider returning.

When I arrived, the sink would not drain and in the middle of the night there was water running above the bathroom on the floor above, and I called the reception just to notify them

Couldn't park in their car park, 201 spaces all full, had to find an alternative car park where I cued up for 20 minutes to get in and then another 20 minutes trying to find a parking space, doesn't start your weekend break off to a good start,

We had an amazing experience.The hotel is right across the British Airways i360.The beach is a walkable distance.

Good - great refurb of this hotel. Check in a bit complicated now it’s double tree (but actually very useful) but v friendly and loved the cookies!

Rooms are a little run down especially for the price of sea view rooms, parking is also costly at £27 per day for the hotel guests. But all in a good hotel and facilities

Lovely hotel Could do with things in the room like water and milk ( mini fridge with the money you pay ) As if you want cup of tea in your room you have to pay for water or milk to be able to use the tea bags . And needs better pillows

IT WAS NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE NO WATER IN ROOM TO DRINK PAID EXTRA £45.00 PER NIGHT FOR A SEA VIEW AND CAR PARK WASNOT FREE ACCORDING TO YOUR SITE PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS £57.00 WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS SITE AGAIN

Very expensive for basic room, bathroom was a nice size but stayed in far better for the price

Visited 2 years ago when it was being refurbished. Really lovely now it's completed & the staff are pleasant too.

Modern hotel with decent amenities in a good location. Unfortunately the cleanliness let it down. Poor cleaning service leaving crumbs, mystery marks and dust through out room upon checking in. I won’t be staying again.
