The elevators were really slow at times. It seemed as though only one was working and you could be waiting for a while. Besides that the room was great as well as the service.

The only issue was the construction that blocked off part of the street but once we found the correct entrance, it was great. Very close to Bourbon Street but quiet. Everything is easily walkable.

Great location and clean hotel. You can pretty much walk to Bourbon, but not be in the craziness of Bourbon. Property is a bit tricky to navigate as there are construction and road closures close to the hotel. We receive a late checkout with no cost and turndown service every day. Large room with a pullout couch in a separate space. Hotel bar prices were some of the cheaper prices in the area. Only thing lacking is a pool (can use the Ritz' but it's an exercise pool).

I liked the location, walking distance to all French Quarter sites, and close to Canal St. There is ongoing construction on Iberville Street, so hard to find, and confusing as to the entrance, etc. I am sure when that has been completed, will be fine. The rooms were clean, staff friendly, during Francine, updates were regularly given.

There were 3 main issues, the bathroom in the room I was initially given was leaking and there was pooled water around the toilet. Then they gave me a different room that was not very clean, there was hair on one of the towels and in the shower. Then there were two employee fire drills that went on for so long and were so loud that I ended up evacuating too because I couldn’t tell if it was still the same drill or if someone had pulled the fire alarm for real. I think I could/should have been told at check-in. Do not recommend you stay here, I would not stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a double king suite. The beds were clean and comfortable! The room only had 1 window and did not offer much natural light. We were 1 block from Bourbon Street and did not need a car at all! Unfortunately, I got a cut on the bottom of my foot from a shard of glass that had not been swept up from a previous guest. Luckily, my friend was able to pull it out and it stopped bleeding within a few minutes. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again!

We loved the location of this property, centrally located in the French Quarter. It is one block from Bourbon Street, Canal Street, etc. I valet parked my vehicle and did not need to move it for a majority of the time we were there. Just a heads up, parking fee is $49 a day but it is unlimited in & out. There is a public garage, but you have to pay each time you go in and out. We were able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. My only negative is that I wish it had a pool, particularly during to warmer months. But if you don't mind that, it don't matter. The hotel is VERY clean, quiet, updated and reasonably priced. You can't really go wrong by staying here.

The Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean, and the housekeeping staff left extra towels even though we didn't request the room to be cleaned which was great. Great location.

The property was great and close to everything . But the hotel fall to tell us the hot water wasn't working after a long night / early morning of traveling. When I went ask the front desk what was going on the front desk handed me a paper. Over all everything else was great .
