Superb hotel. Staff and service was great. Lounge and entertainment also a plus. Extremely nice property. Room service food (breakfast) only disappointment (cold coffee).

It was a good trip. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were 2 of us in the room but they only left towels each time for 1 person. I had to call the front desk for room cleaning. No open restaurant in the hotel for dinner on Sundays. Had to resort to room service with the limited menu and added expense. Nice hotel but needs an upgrade.

The property is located in a very convenient place to travel to the World War II museum The Cesar Casino And Bourbon Street and all the Delicious restaurants

From the moment that we arrived we were treated wonderfully. Every member of their staff was extremely friendly and polite.
My only complaint was the noise (revving of cars) on Canal Street until all hours of the night. Was thankful that I brought my sound machine. But had to move it right next to my bed and turn it up as loud as it would go. And I could still somewhat hear the motorists. Not the hotel’s fault. I would just recommend that you ask for a room on the other side of the hall or a top floor (we were on the 5th)

The hotel was perfect! We arrived at 7pm. Check in was 4pm. When we entered the room house keeping was cleaning the room! I didn’t like that, because she asked us to step out of the room and she will let us know when she’s done. The television was not working they had another room number and name on the tv screen ! It kelp flashing on and .

The hotel is in excellent location walkable to all restaurants and shopping. The trolley is right in front of the hotel all the hotel employees from check-in to dining to housekeeping have been extraordinary away smiling and saying hello.

The property was under construction. Access to exclusive rooms are very inconvenient. Lounge was nice for gathering and light snacks only.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely and clean. Room 533 has a great view of Canal st. The food was amazing. Best shrimp and grits I have ever had! I appreciated that we needed the hotel card key to enter the hotel after a certain time. Safety is essential.

This was a great location with awesome service! It lived up to the Ritz-Carlton name. My room did not have the best view but the service, the actual room and hotel made up for that.

Great hotel. Great location. Room was good, very spacious. Housekeeping good, room cleaned well and there was evening turndown service. Found the bar expensive, and ate elsewhere, but overall a great experience.

Comfortable bed, big shower, cold air conditioning, within walking distance of nearly
everything, quality pool, friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is as good as you hope it will be (I mean on two occasions, someone from the hotel was serving beignets in the lobby).

Checked in and noticed the room was dirty and there was one towel. Called twice the first night just the get more towels. Then every time housekeeping came - they left us with one towel.

TBH, the property is showing it's age. It certainly doesn't measure up to othe Ritz Carlton properties we've stayed at.
What was consistent though, was the very amicable and professional staff. Top notch people.
For the price, we will stay at the Intercontinental or other similar property for a significant drop in price with similar service.
