Most of the Trip was good, was upset that the elevator was out of service. There was no indication from the front desk until we actually walk to the elevator. We were on the 4th floor and my sister has bad knees. This was unacceptable

Wonderfully comfortable place to stay for my business trip to Petersburg. Really enjoyed my stay. Bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was very large and roomy.

I did not stay there. They were sold out even though it was booked. I never got a refund. I use Affirm to pay and am being billed monthly for a room I never stayed in. I have the declined receipt from the hotel.

Breakfast was great.Facility is nice and clean. Rooms are good not great, but will do since it’s convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The pillows in the rooms were HORRIBLE! I usually stay here when dropping my kids off to college and during homecoming. The staff is amazing and that’s why I always come back! I was upset this time about the pillows! It made me feel like I was in a motel! UGGH! GET NEW PILLOWS !

The air conditioner in our didn't work the 2 days we were there and the temperature in our room was about 78 degrees. The temperature outside was mid to high 90's.
