I can’t thing of one thing I didn’t like. from the time I walked until we left. the staff was so nice Kam at the front Sylvia the cook Christie & Ms Chery I meant all of them. plus the breakfast was outstanding.❤️

I did not like the lady who confronted me about my ESA pet the morning we were leaving. I provided papers emailed to the hotel and the gentleman that checked me in had no problem taking our money. It was only after we had stayed that it was an issue and I was told the room would need a "deep clean" because of my HYPOALLERGENIC, NON-SHEDDING, TRAINED SUPPORT ANIMAL. It only made me more anxious than I should have been and felt I was being singled out AFTER THE FACT which was very upsetting.

Drove 350 miles with reservation and room paid for to be told our handicapped room was not available. Given room on 3rd floor far from elevator. Kicked out of dining room bc my husband with PTSD 100 percent total disabled had his service dog with him. Very rude and unacomodating staff. Told service dog could not come in dining room bc people wouldn't like it!!! AGAINST THE LAW PEOPLE. Thinking of pursuing legal action. They need to brush up on the ADA and train staff accordingly and not book reservations and take your money for rooms they don't have available.

Found a 10 inch black hair between the sheets. Found a pubic hair on the wall of the shower. The toilet had a loud drip noise all night long. There is no curtain to block 3 huge street lights just outside. Only sheets.

bed was comfortable and front desk workers were nice.

door had light shining through all around it especially at the bottom where you could see out of the room and the walls were scuffed and dirty. and. or a lot of sound proofing done

Room size.

No daily cleaning room service. Room Key worked off and on. There was no waffle maker to make your own waffle for breakfast.
