The overall stay was great! The hotel is not far from LEGOLAND and the staff was awesome!

Stay was great! Charging $15/day for parking is absolutely ridiculous!

Staff was fantastic and room was super clean. Only issue was the remoteness of the property. I hoped it was going to feel closer to LEGOLAND and other nearby shops/restaurants. Would still stay again though.

Checkin went smoothly, representative was welcoming and friendly; room was quiet and well maintained; the next morning, had to wait at checkout desk about 5 minutes - no one was there and I needed to check out around 6 AM; there was a sign saying someone would be back shortly - a nice gentleman then came and checked me out but I think a little bell at the desk would be good for guests to signal the employees that they are there

Kind of disappointed in our stay. Not anything major was wrong, just a bunch of little things...tried to charge us a parking fee (not stated when originally booked), in an adjoining room next to loud families with kids (the door did not keep any sounds out), huge hole behind the toilet, terrible configuration of the room (*wasted space, no counter space), no soap provided

Property is really clean and nicely kept up. Staff has been really nice.

I did not like the complicated access to wifi (you have to enroll and fill out a form online which kept on rejecting my credentials so I did not have access to my emails while at the hotel). Our room had a weird smell and the floor was damped all through. I did not like the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast (which was advertised otherwise on the site on which I booked the room. For the price of each room (we got 2 basic rooms which came to close to $500) they should at least have complimentary coffee/tea. Once there, the "kitchen" was open until 9:30 am and the food was quite onerous. The swimming pool was very basic, surrounded by wire... We were not impressed at all.

Please be aware that you are being charged $15 a day to park in their parking lot and this is not a city location! I would’ve given a better rating if I had not seen I was charged $15 a day or $45 for 3 days parking in their parking lot…

Kid friendly. Exactly like the pictures. Felt very safe.

Room was clean and quiet. Everything was in good working condition. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast and convenient and front desk staff was super friendly end welcoming.

Everything went pretty well . Except for the fact that we were woken up at 9 AM with loud drilling sounds that woke my children and myself up when alls what we wanted to do was sleep after having a long trip . It was on and off for about 45 minutes .

We enjoyed majority of our stay. I did not like the pool water being so hot, it wasn’t refreshing at all being that it is summer time. In our room the smoke detector kept going off, beeping in the middle of the night and disrupted our sleep. When we went to the desk for help they said there was nothing they can do. It wasn’t until the morning when we asked again that they were able to change the battery so it can stop beeping.

Great stay just a little noisy , kid soccer teams were all over the place, Sydney was great at the front desk

It was okay staying for one night. The room size is good but the sofa bed is very hard to sleep on.

The only thing is the bathroom area was small and shower was small. Everything else was excellent. We would stay at this hotel again.

Our room was odd -- the bathroom door, which was very wide, opened into the area in front of the small sink area. There was very little counter space surrounding the sink, so four people had no room to place toiletries. Any time someone needed to get to the toilet/shower or into the closet, which is directly across from the sink, a person in front of the sink had to completely move out of the area. The light above the sink is triggered by motion, so when someone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the room was flooded with light! Ridiculous! I would not stay at this hotel for those two reasons -- unless I were traveling alone for business. The parking spaces are narrow, making unloading people and bags inconvenient. The side entrance had several steps, so not the easiest for older people. The front desk person was very friendly but did not explain well where to go.
