For some reason I was put in a disabled access room and the property didn't seem to be full. The neighboring room was extremely loud for several hours after midnight. Tried to take a hot shower the next morning and there was no hot water in the shower.

It was just an overnight stop. Room was not as good as I had hoped from reviews. It was quieter than expected being next to the freeway. The pool was out of service and the room was not as clean as I would like.

Power went out on us for a while in the evening, staff didn't say anything about it the next morning and aren't very friendly. Room was clean

We were very impressed with this location for Barstow. Very quiet despite it being very close to the freeway. It was clean and everything went well!!

Nice place for a overnight stop on a road trip.

Arrived at 4 pm with reservation and was told to come back at 5pm as there were no clean rooms! Room was fine but property littered with dog poop and lots of trash

A very good stay but it would be nice if the pool was open until 10pm. I arrived just in time to use the pool. The pillows had a firm one and a soft one to choose from. The employees were friendly and helpful. I stayed there again on my way home. The area is safe and close to good food and the freeway.

We stayed one night due to a freeway closure. It was fine just for that night. It’s not horrible but beds were very hard and pillows were very small and flat.

When I arrived the receptionist was outside talking on the phone. I went inside and she came in continuing to talk on the phone. It was at least 5 min before she acknowledged me. Was not greeted warmly just ask for id. Asked how many beds. 😳 only one of me. Told me how much by showing me on a

House keeping doesn't come until after 3 days

There are a lot of sketchy properties in this area and I've had bad experiances in the past most on the east end of town. This palce was great though. I'll stay here again.

Birth rooms abs broths were well maintained. Clean and comfortable.

Well it had been 115 that day. The air conditioner was off in our room. We turned on the unit expecting it to cool down somewhat. At 3AM we packed up and left by 5 we were traveling with animals who woke us up because they were so hot. We also probably each lost 10lbs sweating. One of the truly most miserable stays ever,

The facility is in average condition and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the beds were really firm, but that is a personal preference.

Parking lot is easy to maneuver with truck & trailer.

How did this get a very good rating? the bed springs were collapsed on one side, the other side was a lumpy brick, the sheets were old and gray. there are no amenities other than an ice machine, not even coffee in the room. the check-in area is austere and fortified, the check in clerk was curt. And it is at a major truck stop, lots of semis.

Ask when I made the reservations for a ground floor room, older couple with small dog and of course they didn’t have one. Also no luggage carts

The room needed repairs and paint. The shower barely worked, most of the water came out the tub spout. The person that checked us in, not sure if she worked there or was incarcerated there. She was not at all friendly. When booking I had asked for a main floor room but got a second floor. Asked if there was anything on the main, she said No by the place was not that busy. The bed is the worst I have ever slept on or tried to sleep on. It felt like a slab of concrete. Motels that buy these types of mattresses don’t care about the comfort of their guests they only care about saving money. We left early Saturday morning and returned 15 hours later just before 1:00 AM and our room had not been cleaned at all, no fresh towels nothing. The only thing that was good was the AC, it got the room nice and cold. Don’t stay here.
