Great ambience and professional, compassionate staff who pay attention to their clients needs. Really impressed and will stay here again. And again.

A little bit further out of the French cord than what I would’ve liked but easy to just take a quick cab down to the center. Rooms were comfortable spacious and clean. We really did enjoy our stay breakfast was good. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is not a 5 star. It may have been when it was built in the 90s but hasn’t been upgraded since. Very dated and apart from front office manager, the staff are not great.

We visited Vietnam for the first time and had a good impression.
In addition, Hotel staffs were very kind and helpful to us. Then, facilities in our room were functional and clean. For these very reasons,
we feel happy that we had a great time.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are extremely pleasant. The rooms are clean and of a five star standard. The restaurant serves the kind of food that you would expect all in all a great feel about it and I would come back

Service was generally good with staff being very polite, friendly and welcoming, however we did ask for a fan in our room which never appeared. The restaurant was very accommodating in trailering their dishes to suit a vegetarian diet and the breakfast was good. However the air con in the room didn’t work particularly well, the shower came with a shower curtain rather than a door and the plug for the bath didn’t fit and the room was not soundproofed, despite being on the 12th floor we could hear a lot of street noise. That being said we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend it.

Lovely hotel but would not recommend the area to a westerner. The roads are lethal to cross esp with kids and ther is nowhere to eat other than the hotel. Luckily the hotel is great and the food is very good too.

Excellent front desk service and staff. The lounge was nice as well. Carpets and fabric in room needs cleaning, not that they are dirty but anyone with a sensitive nose would feel stuffy with dust mites or something. Not complaining but furniture could be refreshed considering it's a 5 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel with all the modern amenities. The location was excellent and the service is always 5 star for sure. I will stay here each time in Hanoi!!

The hotel was a little older and could use some refreshing. The gym had the essential equipment but was a bit dark and uninviting. The pool was nice, it was outdoors. The spa services were great.

I reserved the room with king sized bed, but they prepared the room single twin bed room.
After they show us the room, I told it is wrong, but they said they don't know the order and they refused to change the room.
Finaly, they changed the room, but it took time.
I felt bad.

It was a nice hotel and definitely on the higher end of hotels you can get, but it is older. If you want high end that feels modern, this is not it. However, the hotel is still nice and deserves the 4.5 stars.

All frontline staff were professional and attentive. Great customer service from reception staff to porters. Room was cozy and spacious. My room was located at 7/F, noise from the streets was acceptable to me, but a colleague that stayed at 11/F facing the same direction was woken up by the noise early in the morning. Great value overall speaking.
