The resort was perfect for kids. It’s very kid friendly and always buzzing with excitment. Our kids loves it. Location also great, walking distance to most things. The staff also very attentive and lovely.

Great location to everything. Resort is very clean, buffet breakfast is good, staff are extremely attentive and just an all round great resort for families. Kids loved the cabanas and pool. Would highly recommend 👌

The hotel was in a great location. We had a deluxe room with 2 bouble beds. The rooms are very small and they get very warm. Unfortunately the air-conditioning only goes down to 20°. Kids club was good and breakfast is good. However, the hotel was way too busy for our liking. Alot of Aussies travel here, this is okay being an aussie myself, however i found it to be a little aussie bogan. Excuse the pun. The facilities and pools are good. I would suggest paying a little more for a roxity room if you can, extra room and you get access to the private pool area which is lovely.

Beautiful pools, great food, friendly staff who very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Rooms a bit small.The pool is fantastic for children, sunbeds are occupied very early already by people dropping their towels, not showing up. The area around is noisy and dusty Kuta with traffic jam most of the time. If you to stroll around like such areas with lots of shops and bars, the Hard Rock is a good choice for you. The reach the beach you have to cross a very busy street. From the hotel you can hardly see the ocean which is a bit of a pity. Breakfast is very busy, but the staff manages the large number of guest very efficiently. Central Stage hotel bar offers entertaining live music and dance shows. Kids loved it. Would stay here again, but then for a shorter stay as the area is certainly not the nicest in Bali.

Fantastic hotel, we had a great stay, staff are amazing

small rooms, crowded pool. Small choice for breakfast. You have to prepay for everything - they treat you like a thief. No minibar in the room. Poor choice for dinner. Loud music and TVs everywhere including toilets.

Very nice hotel for kids who like swimming in the pool.

What an incredible place. Made our first family holiday so memorable and wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and kind and they go out of their way in every aspect. We had the best time and will definitely be going back and staying there many times.

Everything was very good. Service, pool, rooms and breakfast fantastic. Only negative was the price of drinks at the hotel! Very expensive! Would like to have sat at the bar more, however had to find cheaper alternatives outside of hotel

It was great to have so many amenities available at the hotel. The pool was great for the kids. It's close to many good shopping locations. If you don't like busy spaces with lots of tourists this place is not for you. Daily buffet breakfast was great too!

Great kids friendly hotel. Everything was geared up to make sure kids are entertained BUT kids club was constantly closed as they had activities going on. Also breakfast spread could surely get better

Overall good property close to beach... Food and Beverage way to expensive compared to over resorts.

hard rock has a fantastic outdoor area. although their was nowhere near enough cloreene in the pools. All 8 people in our group got very sick after spending time in the water. Not many life gaurds either. very expensive food and drinks. some more expensive then Australian prices. Staff were fantastic though.

Great amenities for family and children ,Hard rock was very busy ive never seen it this busy before ,food was great and staff were great .

We upgraded our room to a Family Suite and so glad we did. Fantastic holiday, so much fun for the kids and adults.

Room aircon was a bit noisy

Overrated and over priced when comparing it to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Not stroller or pram friendly. Dining options are very expensive.

Great for kids, amazing pool, but soooo expensive, more expensive than Perth. We were also very unfortunate to only have a view of the staff scooter parking area. No balcony to sit out, only standing balcony. Probably won’t return.
