Hotel was clean and convenient. Checkin at this hotel was the worst I have experienced. Rude and it was not because there was a line of people trying to check in. I reserved a king bed and they only had 2 bed options. When i showed that i reserved 1 king. Her response was I can refund your reservation. No apology, basically FU this is what we have take it or leave it.

Clean nice facility. I paid $100 more for this clean and nice since the other choices on that day were not.

Rooms were quiet and large. However, not sure if there was a leak from the tub in the bathroom of our room, so staff should be alerted of that. It could have also been our grandchildren who didn't keep the bath curtain closed all the way. But water was coming from the bottom of the tub, so not sure. Easy shampoo and conditioner as well as bath soap dispensers for easy showering.

The room was great. Buffet breakfast was great. Our room was on the I15 Freeway side and very noisy. Didn't get much sleep.

Located right next to a freeway. However, that wasn’t the problem. They gave us a room which adjoined another room with a steel door. They came in late waking us up. We could hear their entire conversations, every cough they made in the night, every time they went into the bathroom, etc. it was terrible. Hotel staff should warn guests if they’re given an adjoining room that they won’t get any sleep. Never again for us!

They are going to remodel and that is needed, but this doesn’t represent a Holiday Express at all I usually only stay at HIE. Holes in the towels and shower curtain, and then they have serious plumbing issues. If you want hot water it sounds like it is beating the hot water heater to get it then it pulses hot water in the shower, and don’t you worry it’s not just my room starting at 5 am I could hear the pounding all around me. The heater/ac unit turns in for one minute every three minutes as well, rough night of sleep

Half the outlets didn’t work, kitchenette sink didn’t work, bathroom shower valve was noisy and would make a banging noise heard throughout the whole room at certain temps, beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Over half the parking area has been closed off due to construction. If I would have known that I would have booked a different hotel. Didn’t feel safe walking long distances in the dark.

The staff and breakfast were excellent. The building is being improved and will be nice soon. The area around the hotel has limited options for dining or entertainment. Overall, good place for the price. Met expectations.

I was put in a bedroom by the interstate. It was so noisy all night long. The room next door also made a weird noise from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. The first night. The shades were hard to figure out. I almost went into the elevator that wasn’t working the first night if the night receptionist didn’t catch me before I went in.

Understanding that the property was under renovations. It needed it. Otherwise a nice stay. And convenient.
