Nice location. Clean. Convinient. Good swimming pool and sauna

In general ok, location isn't the best long walk to restaurants, but the hotel is in general ok but nothing more.

Everything was great, clean hotel with nice smell:), good service and also position of hotel. Delicious breakfast with big choice. We were also in pool and sauna, when it was raining. Thank you!

Lovely ideally located hotel. Great facilities for young children

Perfect for our short trip. Easy access to all areas as near a tram stop. Several coffee bars nearby. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is a bit older, so not the shinest place to stay in Prague. But the staff were lovely, and the on-site underground parking was great. The location is a bit far from old town (Prague 1), but is closer to the newer parts: just make sure you know where you are. We enioyed our stay, esp the great food places.

Getting to the hotel was difficult and well as parking. The hotel is small and old, connected to an Ibis and they share a parking lot. Upon entering the hotel i was shocked to see how dirty it was, stained furnitue, unmopped and unvacuumed foyer area. Hotel is very outdated and there is no ac or at least air flow. Incredibly hot and stuffy. We opened our window but all you hear are people screaminf and sirens. There is also garbage scatted all over the front of the building. It is walking distance around but a pretty long walk around semi desirable areas. There is a pool here but the pool deck was so incredibly dirty.

Was very hot in the room as the air conditioning was off however we were provided fans. Spare bed in room was uncomfortable however everything else was good

Disappointed with our stay here as the room was extremely uncomfortable at night. No air conditioning in the room as it was switched off, the room was unbearable for my family and I and our sleep was disrupted. Good choice of breakfast and the bar/restaurant staff were very good, the pool was great although the same depth and no shallow end therefore tricky if you have very small children who are not yet competent swimmers.

Housekeeping was not doing their job up to standard. ie. Not filling up toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, brew kit, etc. The staff in reception ( Lady) had an attitude problem. Not approachable, talking like unprofessional. Didn't have a clue of my charge. Was charged me an extra day's breakfast, luckily were in the town and realised. Have to rush back to the Hotel for clarification.😡

Very poor air conditioning, very poor toilet flush, unable to flush any toilet paper down without repeatedly flushing for ages. Shower head permanently slanted to outside of shower, tried to adjust and couldn’t. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Good location to explore Prague. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

Good value for money. Close to central of Prague. Pool, sauna and gym in good condition.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights here, first weekend of Dec '23. Room was very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was varied & of a good standard. Hotel was warm (snow outside) and is a little way out of the centre, but only about 10 mins to Wenceslas Square and the walk was interesting anyway. Didn't have time to use the pool sadly. Would happily return to this hotel.

Limited choices for breakfast. Not good and the same everyday. Some Hotels offer different choices everyday.

The rooms were very good. The staff at the hotel were good some could do with more training to be a bit more friendly. The breakfast was good particularly the cakes were amazing durring breakfast time. There should have been more entertainment for older kids for example a game room, table tennis or a tablefootball ,snooker table etc . The swiming pool was big enough water was cold on the day we went swimming.. Gym was good but looked a bit dated it was busy durring the evenings. Very good location good connections for transport links. We could walk to most of the atractions, if you like walking and taking pictures as you go along. Lots of restaurants around the place. Overall good stay family friendly we had a good time. Would go again if we had too.

Nice hotel and good for family

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working at all and we struggled to sleep. When told about it we were told that it was the same in all rooms.

Staff were so helpful and caring. They helped us plan out our visit as we had one day to tour. They were very supportive of the fact that this was our first visit to prauge. With their guidance, we had no difficulty catching a number of trams and other transport facilities. Btw.. the breakfast was delicious!

Overall our time there was great, staff was friendly, breakfast is a wide and nice buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, juice, ham & cheese, eggs and vegetables, my only comment is that the 4 days I stayed there it was the exact same buffet. It’s really close to different tram stations an 10 minute walk from the national museum and the Wenceslao plaza.

The hotel was clean & tidy. There wasn't clean towels put in our room, even when I asked at reception. The food was ok The hotel is in a good location for exploring Prague.

The bed is the only reason we rated this four stars. It was very soft… Too soft. We had terrific service, the rooms were clean, and food in the restaurant was good.

Availability of connecting rooms for family

Walking distance to downtown. The hotel staff is amazing. Very cute out and respond to any concerns quickly. Even with language barrier showed lot of patience to understand concerns. Very quite, close to many shops.
