Room clean and comfortable. About 10-15 minutes from JFK. Shuttle bus (free) every half hour. Limited food opportunities and no room service. Shower over bath and bath a bit slippery.

The hotel appeared a little dated from the outside , from the shuttle driver to reception the service was outstanding always a friendly greeting .. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel ..

Stay overall was good. I was flying in from DC and I was pretty tired, customer service was great, but when I got to the room it was double beds when I requested a king size bed, so it was a little inconvenient and uncomfortable for my boyfriend and I. I was too tired to go downstairs and have them change my room, but I feel the front desk should have told me.

It wss qreat. The check-in was easy and smooth, dispite the system glitch. The room was very clean. I couldn't hear the other guests,very quiet and peaceful. My son and I really enjoyed our stay.

Service desk was nice, restaurant was absolutely terrible, slow, food sucked, took close to two hours to complete our meal. Room wasn’t the cleanest, there were hairs in the shower. Would not stay there again. An “ambassador” came and hovered over us while we were waiting on our food asking for a good review. 2/10

Great shuttle service to and from the airport. We had a very late check in, and staff was very friendly and quick when we check in. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

This is the second time in a month that I have stayed at a Courtyard Marriot. The previous time was in the Navy Yard section of Washington DC. In both of my rooms were the same type of alarm clock. And in both instances the clocks went off in the middle of the night interrupting my sleep. Last night I went to bed at 11pm and set my phone to wake me up at 3:30 to catch a 6am flight out of JFK. The hotel room alarm clock went off at 11:45pm and I was unable to get back to sleep.
Given that nearly all of your hotel guests have smartphones they can use as alarms, why do you even need alarm clocks in them room - much less alarm clocks that are confusing to operate?

I was charged an extra $260 on my card and had to take time to clear up at checkout when I was trying to leave for the airport. But besides that, the staff was nice and rooms were clean. Also, the shuttle was very promptly. There weren’t many food options unfortunately. Also, I wasn’t told about the gym until I found it myself right before checkout.

The reason I picked this hotel is near airport, and they offered free shuttle. However the courtesy phone was not working and the shuttle never coming, I’ve waited for over thirty minute and nothing.

Stayed at this property for a one night layover. Location was convenient and the airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport was useful, timely and convenient. The staff was generally helpful. The food service at the kitchen was convenient but nothing special. A reasonable value option for a layover.

Had late arrival and early departure from jfk. Location was great.

No dedicated parking area, very loud area near check in desk, poor air conditioning in the room, very cheap and weak hair, closet door is oversized for the frame so it does not close fully, strange yellow stain on the bed skirt (vomit?), cheap, thin towels, the shower does not close or have a curtain to keep the water inside the shower. Overall, this was far from being worth $500 a night and is a total ripoff and should not be called a Marriott.

The property is outdated and needs a makeover. Not up to the standards of a Courtyard property. The staff is amazing and made up for the property itself. George our shuttle driver was incredible and made our very stressful trip to the airport a breeze. I own a business and wish I had employees like him working for me.
