The room smoked if old smoke bathroom of stale pee (old Lee stains behind the seat), microwave and fridge was filthy. The carpet on the side of the fudge was filthy. With dirt and dust. Side of fridge was terrible. The complete room needed to be gutted and cleaned thoroughly. Including painting. And your service wasn’t no better Expedia refused to accommodate us in payment back to our card. Instead they gave us cash on the account. I wouldn’t use this company again! I see how you feel about your customers. The hotel was more accommodating than Expedia. Yes, we still have the pictures of the room.

Arrived during a storm around 9:00pm and the Electricity was out. We couldn't check in but we appreciated that we were let in our room by the front desk clerk. The electricity came back on about 3:00 am. The room was clean and neat but the bathroom was small. Free breakfast was okay but had better ones at other hotels.

The staff was friendly, i felt safe and comfortable.

There was a hole on top of the headboard above our bed, and a few holes in the bathroom. While it did look like there had been some renovation done to the room/bathroom, it looked incredibly tacky that these holes were left open. I filled up my water bottle with ice and water from the water dispenser at Breakfast, before heading out for the remainder of my trip. Upon taking the first few sips, my water tasted like mold. I dumped it out and found the nearest quiktrip and got ice and a bottle of water.

It was old. The amenities were below expectations.

First room we were given was filthy. Food on the floor. Something splattered on the wall. Dirt on the bed. Looked like it had been slept in and remade. Immediately asked for a new room. New room was better, but smelled musty. Went down for breakfast, all the tables were sticky. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The check in process was fine but the room had a lot of issues including a hole in the plaster on the ceiling, stains on the carpet and bedding and broken wiring by the microwave.

Awful smell in hotel and room. The bathroom smelled as if someone just used it before we came in. Dirty all around.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This property is NOT well kept. The room was not clean nor were the hallways or elevator. The bathroom was the worst room. The toilet bowl, floor and shower were disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again. There were stains on the lamp shade, walls and ironing board. Breakfast was lacking. The eggs were COLD! The staff was nice but the maids are lacking something fierce.

Nothing fancy but clean, friendly, and in a nice area. The mattresses could use replacement. All else was fine.

Bathroom wasn't clean enough( old condition too), very dusty in corners the whole entire room. Breakfast serves 6am to 9am with limited selection and limited amount, old power outlet caused waffle maker, toaster stop working. Better cleaning and some detailed fixing for better cosmetic look.

Floors were full of debris. Halls and meeting rooms looked like they were rarely vacuumed. We never saw housekeeping anywhere during our stay. Walls were splattered. Breakfast was not appetizing. Definitely would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and room was in good condition except the mini fridge didn’t work.

Overall, it's ok. Bed was pretty comfortable. Room seemed pretty clean. A little musty when we first arrived, but got some better after we turned on the AC. Pool was clean and clear. I had several outlets that were worn out and wouldn't make connection with the cords. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I took an egg from the warmer and when i took a bite out was like it just came from the cooler. It was probably still about 45-50 degrees. They were out of stuff, the lady doing the breakfast seemed lost or didn't care. If the breakfast had been better, i would have scored it higher.

This property isn’t clean. The beds are not comfortable, I can feel the springs in both the king and fold out couch. The biggest thing for me is how dirty the room was. I didn’t say anything bc the hotel is booked as well as all surrounding hotels.

This Comfort Inn is by far better than the other one in Lee's Summit. There isnt a hot tub and the pool is cold though. Breakfast was just ok. There were some areas that could use cleaning. But overall I was good.

This hotel was disgusting from the time we walked in. My instinct was to turn around and not check-in, but with 3 rooms booked and late at night, I didnt have another option. One of the 3 rooms had trash, dirty towels, a slept in bed, music on and cigarette butts all over. We were accomodated with a different room. The elevator got sruck wIth people inside. It took them at least 30 minutes to get them out, and never called the fire department for help, so this must be a frequent occurrence. Being grossed out by the moldy, dirty bathrooms and general cleanliness, we knew we couldn't stay a 2nd night. We were in town for my brothers funeral and had to pack up and find more suitable arrangements. The one bright spot was the lovely lady at the front desk, I wish I had gotten her name. Save yourself grief and aggravation, dont stay here!

Comfortable but walls were thin, could hear neighbors all night. Breakfast wasn’t great but overall it was a decent stay.
