Conveniently located

I had searched hotels with a pool because I wanted to go swimming on my vacation but the pool was closed for maintenance both days. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She said quote , “People get hotels for the room, not for the pool.” Then she told me that I should be grateful because she waived my deposit. I also did not get the King room that I had booked because they had shampooed that rooms carpets. She acted like it was a good thing that she gave me a double queen room instead. But the air conditioner was broke in that room and we had to move rooms to a double room with double beds. The whole stay was irritating and I was very upset that my vacation days were mediocre and glum due to not getting what I thought I was paying for.

Our hotel room was dirty. I couldn't even walk on the floor without my shoes on. The bathroom floors were gross. Whoever cleaned it last was not thorough. I'm not sure if the towels were washed or if they were reused from the previous customer, as they were not completely folded. It was hard to sleep knowing I was surrounded in a filthy environment. The place has potential. However, they would need staff that is willing to work and keep up with cleanliness.

The staff being rude when we checked in. And also the smell of weed all through the hotel! They were trying to cover the smell with sensy warmer which gave me a migraine! Was Afraid to say anything, because how rude they were to us

There was cockroaches in the rooms, so my stay was not very long was not very pleasant. I went through the app now I have to wait for my money to get returned. In other words I’ll be sleeping in a vehicle because nobody is willing to do anything. I can’t get my money back I’m tired I’m hungry and I get to stay in my car because I don’t have a hotel to go to because I spent my money on this hotel.

Not enough towels and we had to ask for more tissue paper and there was only 1/2 roll in the bathroom. Could have been a bit cleaner.

The people where friendly and they took good care of us.

Well there was towel that had black on it and then there was don't bugs on floor but over all it was very nice
