Great and convenient place to stay

They were very nice and accommodating

Lovely hidden location with walking path & garden area yet close to the highway & local amenities. Hard to see sign if you're heading South as tree limbs obscure view so look for restaurant (Summit Grill & Bar) sign as it sits in front of hotel. Updated decor with few minor imperfections (room darkening shade only went up 8" because it was broken, room humidity was high despite air conditioning, sink faucet loose, toilet seat loose, grab bar for tub/shower unit loose, metal trim piece of vanity leg coming off so be careful of your feet kicking it). Also metal bed frame supports sticking out from box springs 2"-3" above ankle level causing 1 person to get bruise/scratch -- as if it needed to be adjusted from King to Queen size. Breakfast was good with a weekly menu posted so you knew what to expect. Cafe machine with various coffees & hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby, as well as, a hot & cold water dispenser. Pet friendly but, we were surprised by the $30 per night fee as opposed to the $30 per stay as listed on Hotels.com.

Very pleasant place to stay outstanding buffet breakfast provided with the room. Will stay again in the area.

Very dirty hotel

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. The Caffe Latte and regular coffee was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The only downside was the bathroom was pretty small.

Hotel was generally clean, breakfast was great. This place is hard to find, even with GPS, they're a tiny road sign but it's blocked by trees coming from the highway. Beds were clean and bug free but either old or extra extra extra firm - felt like sleeping on a camper mattress. Overall would stay again if in the area but may consider others for sleep comfort.

The staff was very responsive to my needs. I was given a handicap room which I didn't ask for. I adapted to the lower closet hangers.

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant. The hotel (as most usually do), needs some overall refurbishing. Carpets are worn and shabby in the main areas. The room condition was decent and I've stayed in some nightmare rooms. The beds were too firm in our opinion. I don't know who wants to sleep on such firmness. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The bacon was perfectly crispy (important!). There were 2 waffles irons for making fresh waffles. My only complaint about the refreshments is using a kpod coffee making instead of a regular coffee pot. It took way too long to make the coffee, let alone, waiting in line to get the coffee. What happened to the old fashioned coffee pots??! Think about it. You have 5 people in line and each person takes 5 mins to get their coffee; (average because you have to choose first), that's 25 minutes total to serve only 5 people and that's if they only get a single drink. Go back to the coffee pots, please!

Nice clean

Staff was friendly. I accidentally booked a handicap room and someone else needed it. They called and asked if they could upgrade me to a suite, which I gladly did. They made two customers happy. My only negative was the extremely loud A/C unit. Otherwise it is a nice hotel

Easy and quick check in

Rooms were spacios and clean.

The hotel front desk staff did not seem very knowledgeable of the area. I asked for a pub choice, the young man working the front desk on Monday morning said “sorry I don’t drink”. Then I asked what’s there to do in the area with two teenagers ( is there an arcade etc) and he wasn’t helpful

Very clean and check in was easy but the room was a bit humid.

A few hairs in the bathroom and thin walls. However it was decent, safe area and I would stay again.

This is our second time staying here. Everything is always great and we will be back!

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Bed was very comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed playing in the pool! The entrance sign needs to be a little more visible.

Facility was clean and well kept. Easy access to Interstate and shopping areas. Air conditioner actually worked and kept the room a comfortable temp.

Easy access to area attractions. Room was clean, although the AC gave the room a musty smell. Speciality coffees available and the breakfast was good.

It was OK. Not bad not good just OK.

So friendly! Also so so clean (I’m a clean freak). Will absolutely stay here again!

Nice location

It was a nice hotel. Great location. Quiet and easy parking. Loved the waffles in the morning. The jetted tub in my air was great but the shower needed to be fixed. The door was hanging ajar and it was definitely dated.

Staff was excellent. Property kind of old. Faucet felt like it was going to break anytime

Place is clean , breakfast is good. Front desk very helpful.
