This hotel met and exceeded our expectations! It was most definately a 5 star experience for a great value! Every team member treated us like we were royalty! The hotel is beyond beautiful and sits in a perfect location just a block from the Grand Place and 10 min walk from the train station. The hotel Bar Margritte is amazing!! The bartenders are true artists - watching them explain and create the cocktails was a treat! The hotel restaurant Bocconi was a fabulous Italian delight! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, especially the hotel doorman who was extremely helpful in guiding the driver of the car we booked to travel to Maastricht to reach the hotel at a time when their were so many road blocks and diversions due to road works and an official government event just across the street.

Lovely room with excellent housekeeping and turn down service. Very warm staff and perfect location. Breakfast was very good-was a bit disappointed for this level of hotel that hot foods were not included but plenty of options in the cold section.

We went Brussels for the Christmas markets. We found this hotel to be located perfectly for what we wanted to see and do. The hotel was lovely and the staff most pleasant and accommodating. Would most certainly return to Hotel Amigo again.

This Hotel is the Best. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The staff are over the top. Haluk, one of the concierges was awesome. He recommended and booked our lunch and dinners and the places we ate were wonderful. Also, in the Bar Magritte, Gohanna was our hostess and she was great. She remembered our babes and took special care of us . I highly recommend this hotel. And we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property close by to the Grand Place. Multiple options for nearby shopping and eateries. Very friendly and prompt staffs. Excellent services. Our room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff was great in cleaning and provide bottle waters daily. Make sure to request coffee maker and/or tea in room bc they are not automatically placed in room. Highly recommended

Excellent place to stay

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Everything about it was luxurious (i.e.,The location was great (it's located maybe two mins walk from the Grand Palace, and maybe 5-10 minutes from the regular shopping area). Even though it's basically right in the middle of the tourist area, the atmosphere inside is calm and quiet. It was like walking into a spa. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge after all the various and crowded activities outside. The staff were all VERY attentive (Madel at breakfast ensured that we wanted for nothing during our meals). The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, with a great view of the tower. It was always well-stocked with high quality products (e.g., flat and sparkling water, all the bathroom amenities you would need, and delicious chocolates with turn down service). We wish we could've stayed longer. If I'm ever back in Brussels, this is where I would stay for sure. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
