Property was under remodel, supplies all over the place, breakfast was not available due to remodel. Ice machine was down.

Newly renovated location, still under construction. New everything but missing average amenities such as, chairs table lamps and dresser. Fridge and microwave not in cabinet and stacked on the floor.

This was an all right place they were under construction when we went but fairly all right

Cleanliness

Room was very clean, I only needed it for work. It is still under construction, and location looked unsafe, it will hopefully change. Otherwise it's good.

The staff were fine (family run I believe). It’s under construction, as the downstairs looks like it might have flooded (strong mildew smell). I’ve worked in Reno’s and the contractor did a bad job of cleaning up the site so lots of mess everywhere. Room was not the same as the pictures, it was clean-ish but there were cigarette burns on the sheets, and a large hole in the drywall above us. The building didn’t really feel like it should be inhabitable. Lots of noise through the night, doors opening and closing, etc. Pretty grim spot. Very cheap tho.

When I arrived to check in, there was 2 men behind the counter. I said I had a reservation on hotels.com. They informed me there was a 100 cash deposit for "smoking and damages". I explained that it was not listed anywhere in the description, nor were there any posted signs stating there was a 100 cash deposit for rooms anywhere. A couple came in, I let them go in front of me, and they were told 100 cash deposit, the couple said when they called they were told a 50 cash deposit, the entire thing was beyond shady. Even on my check in form, no mention of a cash deposit anywhere, my husband (who came in from parking the truck) had them write and intial that we gave them 100 cash. Being that it was midnight, I had just worked a 18 hour day, outside we stayed, just needed a bed and a shower. We go up the first room, open the door and get hit in the face with strong Marijuana smell. Go to call the front desk, so they can come up to smell the room, (and not attempt to keep my 100 deposit) no phone. My husband had to walk back downstairs, to get someone.. neither one came up, just issued another room. We switch rooms, again no phone, no remote for the television (we weren't going back downstairs, as no elevator to tell them) When we were leaving, I went downstairs and left my husband upstairs, so they can inspect the room to get my money back. While in the room, the man informed my husband that a woman checking in by herself is shady, and made a hand gesture. Disgusting, misogyn

Potential guests should know ahead of time that the property is under major construction. I did NOT know this. Ice maker not working, no wash cloths in bathroom, no wastebasket in bathroom, no facial tissues in bathroom, no lamps on end tables, microwave was disgusting, NO BREAKFAST, no elevator, no refrigerator in the room, no closet, no hangers, I feel the amount i paid for 2 nights was ridiculous considering the conditions. Property was under construction,It was dingy, smelly and noisy.No complimentary breakfast as promised .Would not recommend.

I like the fact that the property is been renovated and it will be of standard when it’s finished

Hotels under renovation but our room was clean, everything worked, and the staff was friendly. All i really need in a cheap hotel. If you're expecting Ritz Carlton amenities, This is not your place. If you're looking for cheap hotel to crash, not too bad. Good location. 15 min trip to just about everything. I'd stay here again.

Hotel is under construction. Rooms not finished. Hallways full of debris, external doors including back doors not locked at night, front deak left unattended. Hotels.com falsely advertised this hotel. No ice, no security lat he’s on doors. Unfinished work everywhere. This hotel should NOT be open for guests yet, it is unsafe, filthy and most things don’t work.

The hotel currently is under construction. The AC didn't work, the fridge and the microwave not plugged-in. the water pressure in the shower basically not existent. There was a desk in the room but no chair. The nice receptionist organized one. When touching the walls in the shower the fingers turned white. I believe much was due to construction and I would have appreciated a heads up from someone at the time of booking.

I get to the hotel they charge me extra $50, no breakfast and I ordered smoking room he say he didnt have any never going back there

The property should not be open during renovation. It was a construction site, I would’ve left if I had not arrived late.

This hotel was a complete dive, disgusting! I’ve never stayed in a more horrible filthy disgusting hotel. We had to check the bed to make sure there wasn’t bedbugs. You should be ashamed to list this hotel on your webpage, it was deceiving and how can Wyndham associate their name with such a dump.

The room was in a very poor condition: no fire alarm, the bathroom had lots of mold, the tub had several gooey mats and unuseable.. the dresser had missing/broken pieces, broken tv stand, cracked peeling paint walls. Not a 3-star. Would not give it any star!

Extremely run down, the window only locked with a bar, the door was barely secure, the tub was cracked, and the ceiling was coming down.

Went out to New Haven CT for a quick visit. Wanted something affordable for the night. Soon as i get there you get the feel that the place is a dump. My room specifically felt like a vagrant just left before i came. The fridge had a half drunken coors light, bed had cigarette burn marks, and the bathroom was dirty. This is hands down the worse experience at a hotel. Lesson learned! When booking a hotel, spend the extra hundred dollars and assure that your stay will be clean and hospitable. Super 8 in New Haven is a complete dump! I would rather sleep in my car for the night!

The first room we went to missed a security locck at the door,the second room in which we were transferred to was so dirty and dusty that my wife had to use a wet towel to clean up everything since we were already there…

DO NOT STAY THERE!!! De ceiling in the shower was coming down. The towls were not changed and super dirty! The floor had hair for someone else everywhere. The door did not close propoerly. There was a constant draft in the room, we had to heat the room. The toilet did not flush propoerly and the soap was used before!

Sheets where dirty and bathroom was not clean yellow dirty baths

We booked through Expedia and upon arriving at the hotel we find out that they booked us a smoking room. Was never told that when we booked or I would have found another place. The Hotel is pretty run down. The staff was very nice and tried to help as much as possible even agreeing not to charge us if we found another place.

We left within five minutes after attending a festival and despite it being in the middle of the night. We decided to drive home exhausted. There were bugs crawling on the bed and table when we turned on the light. The staff was very accommodating with a refund.

The hotel shakes every 30 minutes. As soon as you enter it smells like strong trash and cigarette. the non-smoking room I have smells horrible, the refresher they used is disgusting. The bathroom looks terrible, I am not sure if I wanna ever use the bathroom or no. The cups they left for coffee are in a dirty basket. The TV is old as hell

The lamp was broken. The wall had damage to it. There was a used soap in the shower. The room was slighlty musty also. Overall not worth the money.

Staff are very friendly and helpful

The most disgusting place I have ever seen. I immediately left the premises and went somewhere else. The pictures were outdated and I felt unsafe there. Do not waste your money here. I was out my money but not worth staying there. Just plain dirty everywhere

The shower was horribly dirty
