Staff went above and beyond for us!

Stayed for three nights. It would have been a great stay but they no longer clean rooms every day, only once every five nights.

No movie channels available on tv. Just news and plain programs.

The property was convenient to get to from the airport. The property was clean, quiet and inviting. The staff was exceptionally welcoming. From my very first call to make the reservation, Chelsi (whom I spoke with at the front desk), was extremely courteous, polite, and friendly. That same feeling was spread throughout our stay. If ever in the area again, I would certainly plan to stay there.

For the most part the hotel was clean, offered good service and was conveniently located. But, it’s the small details that can make or brake and experience. First problem was the initial room we were given had a strong musty odor that made it impossible to stay. Secondly, in the room where we were moved the bed sheets had stains in it. Some quality control is needed in this facility.

Stayed two nights on our way to Toronto from Maine. The rooms were very clean. Plenty of breakfast options.

The pool was popped in and nothing was done about it ..we dodnt go in the poop for the last 2 day

Great place to bring pets. Staff are very courteous. Hotel noise was at a minimum even though the hotel was fully booked.

This is my go to property when in Montreal. It is a spotless hotel with a great breakfast.

Not a great experience for the price paid.

My Car got stolen from the parking spot opposite main entrance on the very first night of our stay. The management did not even have courtesy to offer a word of sympathy and regret that it happened at their location. Never again will we come back too this place.

If you choose this hotel, it might ruin your whole vacation. If I could, I will rate this Hampton Inn(3 star hotel) as 0 star. I booked this place on May 21st 2023 through Expedia for 1 night(July 8). My credit card was charged immediately. On July 6, I received one email from this facility, the hotel was overbooked and they couldn’t accommodate my stay. They provided me the option to put me in Comfort Inn ( 2 star hotel). This is cheating to the customer. Comfort Inn was cheaper when I made the reservation. Where can I find one hotel two days before the stay? I have to accept this option, but Hampton Inn didn’t want to refund me anything. Keep in mind that Hampton Inn would charge your credit card and put you in a different and cheaper hotel. Update: when walked in the bathroom, no soap and no shampoo was found. I didn’t expect to pay 3 star hotel to get this kind of service.

24 hour fitness. Pool. Friendly staff.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The eateries were the other side of the highway, which was a little tricky as we didn’t have a car. Great place to stay if you have a car.

Dog was barking in dining room and quite close to my dining table.

I stayed it with my family and another friends family for 4 nights recently. My overall experience was very good. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast food options are pretty good and they keep replenishing it constantly. The rooms were clean and looked renovated. Very happy with the stay.

One of the best hotel we have stayed recently, very clean and spacious room, breakfast was excellent, ample parking space and close to various restaurants. Overall great experience.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Customer service was great. The room was clean and spacious. I like the breakfast options. It is right off the highway which makes it convenient for traveling. It’s less than 25 mins from downtown Montreal. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

Staff was very nice. Originally our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:10pm for check-in, but I had a function to attend that night and needed to get showered and ready asap. The manager made sure to find another room for us immediately. Our room was clean and spacious with a sitting couch, microwave and mini-fridge. There is coffee, hot chocolate, hot water and real cream available in the main lobby at all times, which was really convenient and a nice change from just having the in-room brewer with coffee whitener. There is plenty of parking on-site. The only thing I would say is that the location is not conveniently walkable to nearby amenities if you do not have a car because the hotel is location on the service road off the highway. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Like that it has no parking fees. Basic necessities covered. Good value.
