staff was amazing! very clean and comfortable. breakfast was also very good.

I booked 4 rooms for a family gathering. One of the Room had lock issue. Battery died and locked us outside twice. Every time we have to wait for one hour for maintenance staff to open room. We missed our dinner reservation and later had to accommodate some guests in other room. Night staff was very arrogant. Still waiting for 100% return on this one room.

I don’t expect a 4 star hotel to not check locks before allocating room. If room has issues, Hotel manager should have given us new room or instructed his staff to open room without delay. Waiting an hour outside room, I will not rank it even one star hotel.

Breakfast was very good, employees were extremely friendly and helpful

Walking conditions to the shopping area needed work. It would have been great if the shuttle could have taken us there instead of walking in high traffic areas where the sidewalk and roads were in poor condition.
