Location is convenient, AC is very noisy. Window has no screen. So if you want to be quiet bu turni off the AC, you can mot open the window. No fresh air…

Good for a quick, inexpensive night along your route. Rooms are clean and the newly renovated wood flooring is nice. The rest of the room has a dated appearance. The hallway and stairwell carpets are grossly stained but the staff do a good job cleaning the old, outdated hotel as best as possible. No amenities at all. A few mostly empty vending machines. You will need to drive for food unless you want to try the Persian restaurant attached. Breakfast in the am was decent. Boiled eggs, canned baked beans in crockpot, assortment of breads. Oatmeal and cereal. Bananas. Yogurt. Waffle maker station with toppings (this was a huge hit with the kids). No meat. Front desk staff were very helpful. Extra linen delivered to our rooms very quickly upon request.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge by Wyndham in Richmond Hill, Ontario, from August 30 to September 1, and it was a disappointing experience. While the location was convenient, the property had several issues. Part of the hotel was used as a club, with very loud music playing late into the night, making it hard to sleep. The hallways were very dirty, and the beds were noisy and uncomfortable, creaking loudly with every movement. Overall, I would recommend staying elsewhere if you’re looking for a restful stay.

We had so much bugs in the room. The bathroom door was getting locked on us every time we used the bathroom. So, we had to sit on the toilet with the bathroom door being open. Coffee maker didn’t work. Toilet sink was broken. Elevator didn’t work. Won’t be back.

The room we had was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the towle rack was held up by caulking so it was barely attached to thewall and fell the first night

Family trip…. It’s the only choice in the area…
Is exactly the same as 6 years ago.. everything is very dated … got some weird smell too.. price is not cheap …

Quite spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Receptionist is very nice. Close to bus stop, only 4 min walk. Breakfast is average where choices are limited and same everyday.

I was not aware there was a $20 charge per pet per night. It was not a damage deposit, it was a charge. Also the television in the room needs to be updated; very fuzzy. It's an older hotel, not terrible but not special either. If it wasn't so far from my conference, I would consider going back.

The room was amazing! Came with everything we were hoping(Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap) and the staff were very eager to replenish for us as we used it all up. The rooms were very clean and well kept. You could tell the building was older as the elevator was not in the newest condition, but that’s being super nit picky. The breakfast was awesome as they had a full sized waffle machine for guests to take turns using. The only complaint I have is that we could hear a dog in a neighbouring room bark in the middle of the night while we stayed. It only happened once though, so not really a deal breaker in our eyes.

The pictures attached to this hotel's travelocity page are old; the mats in the corridors were dusty and stained, the lobby and room smelt terrible and musty. In order to do laundry, guests must make their way to the basement through an even dirtier corridor to a foul-smelling room where two ancient washer/driers are. Everything is dirty to the point where after staying for only one night we rebooked into a completely different hotel. Would not recommend

The workers were great but my room had a funny smell to it and the floors were sticky. The vent in the bathroom on the ceiling had about an inch of dust on it and same as the hair dryer was pretty nasty. There were still hairs in the sink and Tub from the occupants before me. The vending machine kept taking my money. I will pick somewhere else to stay next time.

Check-in itself was smooth but once we entered the room an extra bed we had requested was still standing in the room without bed linens. I went back to the front desk and requested for the bed making. A lady showed up and gave me linens to make bed myself. The hotel has been renovated nicely and looks so much better now but I think the service itself got worse (This is our theirs time using this hotel) The hotel’s phone number is not in service and I couldn’t reach them after waiting for several weeks for their answer to my inquiry to the extra bed.
