Everything was wonderful. The food however, did not impress us.

Everything was amazing, the room, the hospitality, the service, pool and restaurants, I’m really impressive with all kindness and care of staff members.

Rayavadee was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. With the unreal views, the entire property as a whole there was nothing less than perfect. Our Villa was truly remarkable & the way the staff waited on us hand and foot was incredible! The biggest priority for me is cleanliness and everything on the property was extremely clean and taken care of. The included breakfast was great but the only change I would make is the lunch food at the pool and the food they give you for room service. I never really had anything I thought was worth the money. Because it is a lot more expensive to eat in the hotel than it is outside. All in all 10/10 hotel and will recommend to everyone I know!

The Rayavadee is truly a special place, especially the setting in between 3 beaches and all the limestone cliffs and islands nearby. Twilight dining at the Grotto is a must-do. We did that twice. The staff are extremely polite and kind. We hope to be back.

Rayavadee is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to. The location is gorgeous, with 3 beaches and some of the most impressive views in Krabi. The villas are stunning with every detail thought out for the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure your stay is excellent.

Their staff needs a class on culture sensitivity, they are not used to having black guest. Although many staff members were nice just as many weren’t. We paid our hard earned money and had planned this trip for three years. We deserved to be treated fairly and equally to every other paying guest. Thank goodness the other two hotels we stayed in on this trip did not make us feel as if we didn’t deserve to be there. We would not return to Rayavadee nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Wow, what a treat. We only stayed one night, however the second we got there we asked if there was availability for a second night. Firstly we got the shared bus shared boat airport pick up option which was great and efficient. The check in process was then very smooth and we were shown to our room. The grounds are stunning and the rooms also. The bed is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Once we settled in we went to all the beaches and the pool and all are amazing. We couldn’t get in the grotto in the evening as there was a wedding but we went for lunch and it was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely also. I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% return!

Loved the staff, location, and room layout. Only issue is the restaurant pricing. Way too expensive relative to other options ( roughly 10x other choices).

Most amazing property and scenic limestone cliffs

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink & cold towel to cool off. We had an amazing 2 story villa. All of the rooms have a beautiful jungle-like scenery that is really well maintained. We saw monkeys for picture taking. The staff were all very kind, the food was incredible. The pool was absolutely breathtaking. When we went a short distance to Rilay beach we were allowed to use the Kayaks & paddle boards. We fell in love with Krabi & will be returning to Rayavadee again, hopefully soon.

Everything about Rayavadee was magical. A beautiful resort with fabulous service. We loved every minute of our time here. We will be thinking about our stay here, and the people we met, for a very long time. Hope to return again soon!

Our kid was really ill the duration of our 3 day stay so was abit of a nightmare we couldnt get the full experience out it , however this hotel location is stunning, luna was a great help in arranging anything wee needed including taxi back to phuket airport ect.. I will go back here again in future. The hotel is extremely chill not really music or that on during the day mostly people reading ect.. beach is more livelyish there daily taxiboats bringing people in. I would say this is more like a honeymoon resort than for kids that said though there was a few kids about. there is the spa, gym, rock climbing ' kayaking' snorkling, cave and bat trecking ect. when we first arrived we where abit freaked out with the jungle setting as we did not know what was flying about lol but the next day we where fine didnt see anything we where scared off lol. We went to the grotto restraunt which we had to leave early but it is set in a stunning location on the beach the food was decent aswell nothing to rave home about but it was nice and cant really beat the views. room service laundry' golfcarts to take you about are there in a heartbeat also.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The place is lovely and you are guaranteed to see monkeys, lizards and squirrels within the hotel area, which was a unique experience for us. The service of the staff is exceptional. The private pavillion is great and the bed the biggest I have ever slept in. The beaches are nice and busy with day-tourists, and there is a lively area nearby for a dinner or drink in the evening. We would come back anytime.

This was the nicest resort i have ever stayed at. The staff, amazing! The cleanliness, spotless. The food incredible! The beaches, unbelievable!! The turn down service...i can go on and on but it just makes me miss it more and more! I will retun!

I went there for my honeymoon, the resort was exceptional. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to my taxi transfer in Phuket they were on top of everything.

Our stay was amazing, Luna was so helpful with our dinner, excursions reservations and everything overall. Amazing kind helpful staff. Beautiful resort , one of the best resorts I have stayed in.

We have been in many hotels but the experience in Rayavadee is like no other. The hotel bungalows, the surroundings are amazing. But the most amazing are the wonderful staff at the hotel that go above and beyond to make the experience absolutely perfect. Thank you 🙏

One of the best hotels I have stayed, beautiful villages, nice beaches, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, excellent spa, great staff, wonderful beaches, pool, walking distance to the small town but very private and exclusive I will come back for my next anniversary

Good hotel, but for eating the restaurants around are not good and the hotel food is super expensive

This is an amazing place with outstanding food and service. You will not want to leave the pool or the property. I will definitely return. 10/10.

fantastic hotel/resort. awesome pool at railway beach. my only complaint is the amount of trash floating in the oceans and washing up. this is a Thailand problem and not just the resort to be clear. Imagine you're swimming in the most gorgeous beach on the planet and a plastic bag or rope tangles around your body. Have Chang sponsor an event, free beer in exchange for trash clean up. It will be gone in 2 days. The trash isn't from beach goers littering, seems to be from all the commerce and stuff falling overboard from the long boats. Please clean this up, it would make the experience flawless.

This is just a lovely place. From the rooms, the beaches, the service, the food, the landscaping: just about everything is perfect. The two of us stayed in Deluxe Pavilion 309; this had a nice view of the greenery around us from the 2nd floor large window. We preferred not to sit in the patio area on the 1st floor because of a lack of privacy. The two main beaches (Phranang and Railay) are both lovely, we preferred swimming in Phranang and walked on both of them, Phranang was about a 10 minute walk for us and Railay about a 5 minute walk. The walks through the property are just lovely, they have done a fantastic job of landscaping with all kind of tropical plants, but we also took advantage of the golf cart rides when it was raining. The breakfast (which is included) is served till 11 am and has a lot of nice a la carte and buffet style options. We didn't go the Grotto (did not look so special to us and seemed overpriced), but ate at the other two hotel restaurants: Krua Phranang and Raitalay Terrace; both were excellent (and had lovely views of the beach) and we also enjoyed the cocktails at the 4-6 pm happy hour at Raitalay Terrace. The swimming pool is lovely and also has a great veiw of Railay beach. The service at Rayavadee was just exceptional; we want to give a shout out to Joy, who was our server during breakfast, she was just fantastic. We were here during the off-season, the prices are a little lower, and it was still wonderful despite some rain.

This resort was excellent! Very unique property with individual bungalows in the forest/jungle. Much better than traditional style hotel. Many places to eat in the resort & at other resorts next to Rayavadee. All within walking distance. Everything was very clean & the staff was awesome. Extremely friendly & helpful!

Restaurant food is delicious

This resort is absolutely beautiful. It is a resort in a jungle so you have access to the monkey life all around you. The staff is accommodating and friendly. They were helpful and answered all of our questions. The pool over looks the beach so the sunset/sunrise there is phenomenal. I want to say thank you to rayavadee for making our honeymoon amazing. Only thing I would suggest is to update your facilities, I felt like the rooms/bathrooms could be a little updated.

A luxurious villa in paradise. The “pavilions” are spacious, thoughtfully designed, well decorated and beautifully maintained. The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. And be sure to read the guide to the gardens - a delight for any armchair botanist.
