My family really enjoyed ourselves during our stay. From check-in to check-out the hotel staff was super friendly. Resort grounds were well kept and both pools were kept clean even with high winds. Our rooms were clean and we never had to ask for anything. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Boardwalk Beach Resort for a wonderful stay.

Never again eill i or snybody i know stay at this property. I reserved this for my mother to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. She arrived at 4pm to check in but checked out at 8pm the same day. She left the property shortly after checking in to get somethings and something to eat. When she arrived back to thr property there was now where to park. She is just recovering from 2 heart attacks and is disabled . She was told by security that if she parked any where he was having her vehicle towed. She the parked at the front door long enough to pick up her belongings out of thr room and checked out. She then called me and told me about the situation. I called the property and was but on hold for 20 minutes for a manager. Talked with the manager and told thrm that my mother was therr to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and was disabled. Her home was under a curfew and her home had no power and the road was closed to her house because of glooding snd doen trees. My mother would rather drive all night to get back homr than to be treated the way she was. She arrived home at 5am escorted by the Sheriff's department.

I evacuated with my family for Hurricane Milton. This was the one hotel that had a single room with 3 beds (bunk beds make 4 beds). The room was a very nice size and looked directly onto the beach. The hotel could use updating, as there were rust stains on the ceiling of the tub area. The layout was very weird, as you had to step into the bathroom to get in the room, as the entryway was very narrow. The room also took a while to cool down upon arrival, but the ac unit did cool, just not enough to my personal liking as the room was so large.

Furniture was a little outdated.. definitely recommend bringing pillows and blankets. Overall this place was amazing and takes nothing to walk to and from the beach ! Will be going back next year.

There was a hurricane coming in Thursday evening. On Wednesday it was sunny with no rain or wind until about midnight. They would not open the pool on Wednesday because of the hurricane coming in the next night. All the surrounding properties still had their pools open. There was no reason for the pool to be closed!!

We enjoyed the weekend stay. It was not very crowded on the beach. The room was nice. We plan to come again.

I was worried about staying here bc of the reviews. It wasn’t a bad place to stay for the money. We walked down the boardwalk to the Bar & Grill was a nice environment and had live music.

Dog friendly hotel and town. Very friendly and efficient check in. Great view of the gulf.

Messy floors, cleaning services provided but never show up, dusty room job, and overall poor interior environment for the room. The beach, pool, and other services are just fine but I would go for another resort spot than this one on a future trip.

The room was absolutely disgusting , dust everywhere spider webs and even a roach . It was nasty.. and when I came to check in at 530pm I was told my room was not ready yet.. I don’t think I will be back

Beautiful location on the beach. Comfy bed. A bit dated but we enjoyed it. Good value. 10am checkout sucks.

Room cleaning was hap hazard sand and objects under the bed in clouding some ones under wear. Front door frame looked like the local SWAT had used it for practice. You could see out the door with the door closed. Also self close and latch didn't work had to pull door closed. Bath faucet dripped the entire time. Toilet tank lid did not match rattled loadly when sat on toilet. TV had horrible reception very grainy like watching TV in the 70s with rabbit ears and would loose signal in the middle of a movie and would not comeback on for about an hour. Bed uncomfortable but linens were clean but scratchy. The A/C was on the entire weekend but never got below 72 degrees in the room also sounded like a jet engine on warm up. I did not complain about any of these things because it was cheap. You get what you pay for. It was on the beach and it had a great view! If these things are deal breakers for you pay some more money and stay somewhere else.

The personel at the check-in desk were less than polite but short of being rude. Over all it was a good stay. No ice machines though, had to purchase ice from the food court.

We really enjoyed staying here. Staff was very very nice. Loved having the beach access. Had clean linens every day of our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Nice big pool.

Parking gets filled up quickly on holidays, had trouble finding a spot. Everything is wonderful, sometimes shady individuals hang around, not highest levels of security, especially by the rooms. Anyone can enter the floors and hang around. Creepy

The atmosphere was amazing

It was great until my friend and I went to check in at 4 pm. Mind you we had gotten to the hotel at 6:30 am that morning and we were exhausted. I had already paid my deposit of $94 and was expected to pay the remaining balance of $72 when checking in and that was fine until the lady at the desk told me I had to pay an extra $55 and extra $25 for being under 25 years old. Never in my life have I heard of something as such. My same friend and I go to Florida every year and we’ve never had this problem. This hotel must’ve thought we were gonna cause some ruckus of something. That’s okay though, we won’t be back!

Beach ocean view

The room was super affordable and in a great location. We had two adults and three teenagers in the room and weren’t too cramp. The TV was pretty fuzzy, but we watched it anyway. There was only one elevator, but we went during a slower time so it wasn’t an issue. The staff was friendly and laid back. I saw security at night patrolling the parking lot, so I felt like my car was safe. If you’re looking for something fancy, this isn’t the place, but if you’re looking for an affordable and convenient this is the place. Oh yea, the beach was absolutely beautiful, clean, the sand was so soft. I would definitely stay there again.
