I understand and appreciate the fact that bedding was washed in a sanitary manner. However, I suffered from a respiratory infection due to the overwhelming smell of bleach. It was so severe, that I slept in my truck 3 of the 4 nights I spent at your hotel.

Staff was wonderful! Hotel was beautiful. Location was very nice. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for comfort was the bed. It made my back sore.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the free parking and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with several options. Will stay again!

Very nice hotel and very clean. Cofortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff, great breakfast! Convenient drive to Kaufmann stadium. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean nice. It's been awhile since I stayed in a hotel this nice. Also a working AND clean hot tub which is hard to find these days. Also friendly staff. Especially the bartender such a nice lady

Gorgeous property. Pool and hot tub were so relaxing after our long day of travel. Staff was very friendly & helpful. AMAZING food in the area, so much to choose from. So clean inside & out. Peaceful, lovely environment. Felt super fancy for an affordable price

Very comfortable accommodations

Booked room on Expedia. Get to the hotel and they don’t have any rooms ready. Only way to get in a room was to pay for an upgrade to a suite which I did because we were on a tight timeframe for the event we had to get to.

I wasn't informed about parking policy until asking about it or dining options for breakfast until I asked.

Was staying here for a concert, but when we got there to check in our room wasn’t ready. Was told I would get a call, never got one. Luckily we had friends staying there as well so we could get ready, but one reason of getting a hotel was so we could get ready before concert, so then we had to check in when we got back which was fine, but ended up paying over $200 just to be in our room for a total of 6 hours.

Overall great experience as usual. However since my last stay' you now have use cards on the elevator to gwt to tour floor...at times carrying bagge while dealing with a toddler made this annoying if i forgot to pull the room key out. And now parking is more inconvenient unless you pay

We had a great stay. Front desk was very helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Pool is indoors, and it’s humid but overall a nice experience. Lobby bar and restaurant had great selection

If I could give a hotel 10 stars, this would be the one to get them. The hotel was so clean and so inviting. I absolutely loved our room and quite miss it. It is so clean. The beds are so comfortable. The staff is so kind. We didn’t visit the pool, but we did check it out and it was great. They have this outdoor patio with beautiful fireplaces that you can light up and sit around in the evening. Parking was such a breeze they have $10 a day parking on the back of the hotel or free parking along side of the street. We chose to do the $10 parking and it was great. We did not visit the bar or restaurant, but whenever we came in and out, there was always plenty of people there. The only bad thing that I would say that this hotel has is the elevator that brings you up to the lobby from the parking lot. The $10 parking lot is that it’s very outdated. It’s very slow and it’s super hot in that hallway and I believe that’s the only entrance into the lobby from that parking lot that’s the only thing that I would change, but I love the hotel. I would absolutely stay again , I will be staying here anytime I visit Kansas City.

Great place to stay and close to restaurants, shops, etc.

I didn’t like how they charge $20 for a breakfast buffet instead of having breakfast complimentary to their hotel guests. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Not up to usual standards. Stayed here 6 months ago, and it was great then, not so much this time. Pool dirty and in need of filter system upkeep. Cloudy, with visible dirt at bottom of pool. One pillow clearly had not been washed, snot on pillowcase. Food subpar. Parking exit restricted to only one way out, used to be two. Room linenes still in hallway well into the night. Maids appear to be understaffed.Looks like management has checked out.Can no longer recommend this Hotel.

The property is well maintained; the room was clean and spacious. It's convenient to the convention center. The staff was personable and professional. I would stay there again if in the area.

Pay to Park just leaves a bad feeling.

Service in the restaurant is poor. Not enough staffing to keep up with your business.
