For the most part HGI is a good place to stay. The price of the scaled-down buffet is ridiculous. The price of your rooms is not affordable to most, and is the reason we don’t stay there very often. Put the price of the breakfast……guess you don’t need customers.

We had a great stay at this property. We have been here before and will be back. Beds are comfy, and rooms are clean. Front-desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Pillows could be better - too flat, and not enough (only 3 for 2 people on a king). Pool is clean, big and not too much chlorine like many hotel pools. Nice restaurant. We like it is close to Original Pancake House! Thank you.

We were pretty happy with the hotel, but not afterward when my wife forgot something in the room and tried to get it back. (She left a pajama top under a pillow.) I called a couple of times, and everyone dodged being helpful. I would've been happy to pay for the delivery.

This was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff at desk and bar/grill were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but early in the morning plaster fell off the ceiling due to what seemed to be a leak. I reported it to front desk and she was very nice about it.

The front desk and restaurant staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Nice pool area, breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely return to this Hilton Garden Hotel!!

I often stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel, since I used to work for one years back and know how they operate. We always have a clean, comfy room and service is typically good. We had breakfast vouchers this time, and that was decent as well. Enjoyed the French toast. Will stay again, whether at this location or another Hilton property.

Absolutely amazing!! Quiet!! Everyone was kind. I had forgotten something in my room and didn’t realize until a few hours after I left. The amazing staff found it and put it aside for me to pick up. I will be coming back!!!!

Property was ok. Not a 9.0 as rated. No coffee in lobby upon arrival. Warm Walmart water in bottle was $2, $3 for cold higher end bottled water. Soap not filled in shower. Air conditioner runs continuously which is ok for some, not others. Did put us on top floor as requested and beds were comfortable. Probably won’t return but price was better than most.

The guy next to us kept us up until 1am 2 nights in a row. Loud tv and noises. We Talked with staff they seemed to be too nice and didn’t do anything about it. Super frustrating.

Must’ve been a bad time to go when I did, was on the third floor with a lot of young men yelling and screaming in the afternoon in the there rooms! Not enough to bother me, though. Overall, it was good experience.

Dirty plates from others and garbage bags sat outside our room all day. I am guessing from previous guest in our room. Noisy. Small pool. Outdated for the most part. Not worth the money spent. For the same, or less money, you can stay somewhere nicer. Not worth more than 100 a night, 200 is ridiculous.

The only complaint I had was that no one told me about charging my card for incidentals until I requested a breakdown of the bill and was told about it. No big deal but would like to have known upfront as I thought I had been overcharged. Otherwise a great stay!
