The swim area.

Hello, I stayed for a night away/ father's day. I experienced spiders in the bathroom and over my bed and some crawling bugs on my carpet that were long. Spiders perhaps are a bit natural, but not the other type of long bugs. I had hair on my sink/ toilet/shower. (I had my own Lysol so i used it-just not what i wanted to have to do as a guest getting away from home.) It was late when I saw these things, I didnt raise a fuss, but none the least I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room.

The facility was family, friendly with pool and arcade. Our room was large with separate bunkbed for children.

We received conflicting information from different staff members regarding checkin/check out, extra fees, and meals. It was difficult to eat on site at the restaurant.

Hotel was clean and ready for our arrival. Pool area was also tidy and the birthday party crew we brought had fun!

The Pool/ Hotel Security Team, in addition to our server at Breakfast was most kind and welcoming! The Front Desk Team (other then Sarah and the gal she appeared to be training upon our arrival) needs to learn a few things about general customer facing etiquette.

loved the pool amenities, it was a doable family vacation for a solo parent trip with young kids.

two things I’d suggest, the bathroom door in our room was heavy with a self closing mechanism. my youngest got her finger pretty severely pinched because of it. for a hotel that’s pretty family oriented I would not suggest the self closing doors, not sure the purpose but if that. secondly though the water park is older looking we really enjoyed it. the pool staff is conflicting to me though, noticed none in actual pool attire like standard lifeguards, one was sleeping, most in their phones with headphones in and one was crocheting. if any parent or guardian was expecting lifeguards to actually be looking out for the safety of their children you’d be greatly disappointed. It was a false sense of security and safety and my own opinion I’d rather no lifeguards in that scenario so parents are in full watch (as they should be anyway).

The breakfast had a nice variety of options, clean buffet area, hot food, very friendly staff

The room was a good size and had a full size fridge. Also the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The pool/ water park closes for 30 minutes 2 hour after opening the "cleaning" and they lock the pool area and kick you out. No cleaning is happening during this time. I also got a room with two queens and a pull out sofa. The sofa was actually not a sofa at all but a chair that pulled out which was disappointing to have less seating space.

everything . room was disgusting big hugs nasty smelly stains all over furniture , no pull out bed as it said , it was a chair … room hasn’t been cleaned , smelled bad , finally straw was the sink didn’t drain hair saturated coming up , and the shower mold . the bed tipped to one side only one person could sleep on the left bed which frame was broken … finally called Saturday am and we’re moved to another room , so we got to pack up our family of five to love us a floor . they then said here are free coupons for breakfast (we had already saw the continental cheap breakfast spread and decided we would rather dine elsewhere than pay for boxed cereal and bagels ,,,, they gave us coke coupons for a family of five we left them at the front desk … so we received nothing which is fine . we won’t be returning we were going to great wolf for 170 more for the weekend. but no hot tub , but … the hot tub was warm at your hotel anyways . also bartender was asked to get cocaine in front of us by other employees . the entire stay was a waste . next time we Weill go elsewhere and my sister stayed here and was equally as disgusted

it was newer, modern, good location.

check in was very late! part 4pm as rooms were not ready! staff was so-so, pool area was nice but very crowded. not worth the price!

No water pressure in the shower.

The bed sheets could have been cleaned,i dont think they was very well cleaned had like coffee stains on them and the tub wall could have been cleaned. Wish the waterpark was open not just the small pool for a teenager.

the swimming pool and small water park was an attraction.

The electric switches and the lighting system is dated. The door key doesn't have the electric slot which automates the all lights switch on/off process when leaving / entering the room. So it was an effort to ensure all the lights are off before leaving and to switch on needed lights while entering the room at night. There was no enough seating at reception in case people want to wait for their colleagues/ friends..

The location is good as it's located right off of many different freeways. There are tons of great restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. I didn't use the fitness room, but I did look at it and it had a good variety of machines.

I mainly selected this hotel for the waterpark so that my daughter could play and spend time there. She did have a lof of fun at the waterpark but the bleach and chlorine were so strong that it bleached my family's swimsuits and actually gave my daughter chlorine rashes all over her body. Our eyes burned when we sat in the hot tub. They didn't really have great services as the housekeeping is only available every three days, so you need to call to request room supplies and you just place your towels and garbage in the hallway and they pick it up eventually. The rooms weren't super clean and it was actually quite loud at night. We ended up turning the fan on and a sound machine and that helped a lot with the noise. All in all I wouldn't really recommend.

They don’t offer a cleaning service on a daily basis. bathroom was not as clean as we expected

Room was nice comfy bed.

The fact the pool area was supposed to be for hotel guests only and I watched at least 4 family's walk from the front doors right past the desk and into the pool while no door attendant was there they stayed most of the night then walked right back out the front doors. I understand and appreciate the basketball hoops for the kids to shoot hoops in the pool but when kids are intentionally throwing basketballs across the pool trying to hit anyone they can and they were not tossing they qere throwing hard my 5 year old got drilled in the side of the head and scared him enough to not want to swim the rest of the stay. Grown ass adults playing an extremely aggressive game while kids were trying to enjoy themselves knocking kids over and even having a few getting hit by either that player or a ball coming off the backboard and like I said it was a very aggressive game! It's pretty bad when my 3 kids who absolutely love swimming and look forward to going to the hotel/waterpark give up trying to enjoy the pool area and say they don't ever want to go back to the pool again during the stay! I doubt this matters much but I will never stay at this hotel ever again and that's saying something because we put up with a lot to be able to stay at a hotel with a fun pool area.

the waterpark is more for 3-7 year olds & the hot tub was warm not “ hot tub” & the pool/ waterpark hours were 9a -9pm but they take breaks often & close without notice so all dressed in our swimwear to find the pool closed & don’t know when they open again & was supposed to have breakfast included but got charged for something + tip! No breakfast buffet order off of menus & notmuch choices

the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable for the kids.

good location. lots to do close by.

the pool/jacuzzi area was pretty out of control with lack of supervision. kids running around the pool creating safety issues. there were many young, like under 10, children unsupervised by parents doing cannonballs and jumping off the ledge and throwing balls in the jacuzzi. all of which creates safety issues.
