The lady running the breakfast area was very nice.

The "hot" food wasn't hot and tasted like it wasn't in any way fresh. The only option I ended up considering OK was yogurt and fruit.

Both beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, and the breakfast was just not that appetizing. We were in town for a “Moms Night-out” and were especially looking forward to the hot, hot-tub, and a great breakfast. Moms night-out don’t come along too often as most of our time is dedicated to our precious babies and their development so it’s just unfortunate it wasn’t the best experience.

the outside of the facility and garden area were nice.

Desiree, the woman who first offered to check me in is the most rude host I have ever interacted with. upon finding I had accidentally listed my cousin as the guest (I thought I was listing her in addition to me) she simply stated we can’t check you in, placed my cards on the counter and turned away. as I stood there stunned, I started thinking through the issue and what solutions there were. for probably two minutes I didn’t move and she never acknowledged me. when I did finally ask about some specific options that could be the answer she responded without looking at me once. after checking in with another host, I enter the building to find the floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in days and garbage in the hallways still not picked up at 3pm. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and at breakfast after running out of food and plates, 10-15 people milling, my aunt went to find someone to ask them to bring out more supplies. they brought out paper plates and after waiting for extended time…still frozen.

Pull out sofa bed uncomfortable, should have had a non-skid surface in bathtub. Many breakfast items were empty in the middle of breakfast time. Those that were there were very mediocre. The elevators were placed far from the reception desk, and were hard to find.

The staff was excellent-very friendly and funny. Rooms were clean. Pillows were a bit mushy, but not bad. Bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The price was very steep. But we don't stay at hotels much, so maybe it's the norm now? If so, we won't be doing much more traveling cuz, how does a family afford a1 bedroom suite for close to $400 a night?

Clean. Spacious. Provided silverware and other small kitchen items in room. Ice right in our room. Loved theJ.R Watkins shampoo/Conditioner/Wash. Conditioner was out though.

Would like a TV guide so we don't have to wait for the tv to scroll on its own while trying to remember channel number with the show. Unless there was a guide and we missed it.

I was not able to be there during the breakfast hours to try it.

The shower - the soap was empty and the tub didn't drain well. The side doors didn't work with the card key. With a wind chill of single digits, it's a long walk around the building.

staff not very friendly or helpful, sofa bed was terrible (crappy mattress, noisy), could hear people in other rooms way too much (thin walls/floors).

The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. The Happy Hour and Breakfast were great!

We had garbage during our stay and was not sure where to take it as we did not have housekeeping for four days. May be helpful to provide instructions where to take garbage. It may be great to have a comforter available for the pullout couch as well. Thank you
