You can catch the best views of Niagara Falls from this hotel. Great service by the restaurant staff. The breakfast area and breakfast options are good, but not exciting. Suite rooms and washroom were nice and clean. The interiors look aged though. The old carpets could be changed to give a fresh look.

Had a very roomy comfortable clean suite. I chose an upgraded room on the 39th floor which had an awesome view of the Canadian Niagara Falls. Enjoyed their swimming pool and hot pool. Breakfast was excellent. Liked the affordability of the offsite parking with shuttle service provided by Embassy Suites.

Horrible, dirty, nothing worked and felt unsafe. We came for a one night stay and got in late, immediately had to sleep. We were kept awake all night by guests in next room. When attempting to call, discovered phone didn’t work and had to leave room in middle of the night for help. The noise did not subside. Around 6am, awoke to loud alarms which continued until we left at 8. We attempted to take a quick shower but when we got ready, discovered dirty towels and a mold filled bathroom with hair all over. It clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. Upon asking to speak with manager was told she was not in until 11 or so. Front desk staff was kind, but were told they aren’t allowed to give managers last name to contact her. Given the disgust of our room - we didn’t even trust the food and free breakfast nor would we swim here. 0/10. Wouldn’t go back if you paid us. Room was worse than accommodations we’ve stayed in developing countries, and we’ve seen a lot.

It was much better service than my previous stay at this hotel. The front desk is so caring and it’s really nice to see. But only one thing I like to mention and it’s about TV. Now a days every body using smart TV for Netflix and others streaming side. This hotel still has old design TV.

Service was great just very disappointed. I had $100 gift card to use at the embassy when I called the actual hotel 2 team members told me that I can use it and because it was a third-party it couldn’t applied after speaking to reservations and a team member at the front desk We use embassy quite a bit very disappointing this time

Good stay, great location and view of the falls

We had a beautiful view of the falls.The room had everything we needed.Very clean and quiet.It was the perfect getaway.

Our stay was very relaxing. Hotel was beautiful, the on site restaurant was top notch. Staff were friendly. It was exactly what we expected. Only down fall was the pools looked dirty and not well kept. For such a classy hotel the pool didnt match its level of class.

The 42nd floor best view of the falls by far i will return to this hotel for sure when i come back this way best view in the city for seeing the falls the bathroom was pretty basic would be better with a shower head option like rainforest shower head or hot tub in the room i really only just wanted to view and it came with a massage chair which was very helpful since we walked alot

The hotel was overall good! However, the parking is atrocious! $70 per night to park! That’s ridiculous and robbery! They do have parking outside with shuttle, however it is still $35+tax! Shouldn’t the people staying in the hotel have a better rate for parking?

Great view, friendly and helpful staff.

The falls view is unmatched. However, the room we stayed in 3309 which was supposed to be an “upgrade” needs a 21st century upgrade. It was nice to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed for our group. The breakfast was your typical “holiday inn” quality and I’m probably being generous. The staff, specially the guys in the valet area and the doorman are very kind.

Asked for lower floor at time of reservation. Confirmed with hotel day before. Got there and they did not have lower floor. Wife has phobia.. had to pay 75 extra for lower floor

I think they can do better with breakfast, The helper was so friendly very helpful. I think the chef he can put in his consideration, Not doing the same thing every day, especially if they have a big Muslim community As a customer He need to know that during my staying I saw about 85% customer was Muslim but he need to know that they don’t eat pork unfortunately, every day was pork sausage

Spaciuos suit! Wonderful breakfast with a variety of food to choose from and one server was especially friendly, but the bed sheet was dirty and the body lotion made my body itchy, so I had to have another shower immediately to wash it off.

The hotel room i booked was semi-view of the falls and it was absolutely beautiful. The set up was nice, a door separating the bedroom from the lounge room which had the table, a pull out couch, sink and tv. There was a tv in the room in the bedroom as well. The room was very clean. The bell boys were amazing, very helpful and very pleasant. I received a text in the morning to make sure i was ok and i appreciate that! I had a wonderful stay.

Parking is an additional substantial cost, but the hotel itself is very nice and quite walkable to Niagra Falls and Clifton Hill

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. First, the room was not cleaned at all during my stay, which was unacceptable for the price I paid. When it came to parking, I was shocked to be charged $70 CAD despite being told by the valet staff that parking was supposed to be free. This felt misleading and added unnecessary frustration to my visit. To top it off, the breakfast was extremely monotonous, with the same limited food selection offered daily. There was no variety, and the lack of effort in the dining service was evident. Overall, the poor service and unexpected charges left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating experience.

Location: this place is located very close to the waterfalls therefore the view from the rooms are great. View from my room was amazing and this was the only plus during our stay this time. We have been in this hotel for at least 4/5 times in last few years as it was our go to places always. Room amenities: overall the room was clean and tidy however the coffee machine was not properly functioning. I had to press and hold the power button the whole time to get my coffee brewed. This was a disappointment. To make things worse, the telephone started to make a loud noise at the middle of night that sounded like an alarm, which woke my both kids up at 2am. Service: service starting from the front desk to breakfast lounge was not satisfactory and being a guest in this place multiple times since 2019 to 2024, this time was the worst. Food: the complementary breakfast was a joke. Other than eggs, everything was not fresh, it seemed like breads from day before were re-heated and served. Almost all of the bread pieces were brunt. There were few servers who were making guests to clean up tables, not sure why there were servers present if guests are to clean the plates and put them in the designated area. Breakfast items and quality is way below average. We couldn’t eat almost anything. It seems like the service has gone straight downhill. I’m really disappointed with the service and did not worth the money we spent. It seemed like this place doesn’t care about service anymore.
