Enjoyed our stay at the resort. Provided a 2 star for property condition becaue the room we were in initially needed some renovations in the bathroom. Mirror was old and had permanent marks/stains and the shower walls did too. The pictures advertised for luxury grand room also showed a sunken bathtub but the room we got was a normal bathtub. We upgraded to the Pool Villa which was a lot better but costs more. Overall it was great though and it was close to a lot of great places to eat.

The service was excellent just that lack of maintenance for the facilities eg : swimming pool , gym .

Right on the beach and easy to get around

It looks nice in the website but disappointing in actual. I booked 2 nights, but because of disappointment, I checked out a day early. Pro The hotel surroundings is full of trees, which is nice. Its also is close to the beach. Some of the staffs are welcoming. Cons Room is outdated Bathtub doesnt have rubber mat, its slippery when wet Water coming from the bathroom faucet is yellowish and has after taste Pool is uninviting and not well attended

The location was good 👍 The staff was friendly The mattress 🛌 was hard and not comfortable at all The level of maintenance and cleanliness is low. The place is a bit dated although we slept in the newer rooms.

We love the hotel, it's our second time at Krabi resort, we toos the beach front pool Vila and it was amazing. It seems that there are ereas in the resort that are not maintained like we expect from such a resort. For example the pool is very nice but the vibes are..mmm Well doesn't exist, not music, no food menu, OK drinks.. And no one there.. We spent in that hotel 12 days in total most of the time the pool was empty.. Once we saw very few peoples. The location is great, walking distance from the night market, restaurants, boat service to other beaches and islands.

The space is very poorly maintained and everything in our room is out dated, there was only 2 sockets that worked and one of them had to be held up with a book, also our ac was not working most of the time so the room would get very hot. Would have bin a great hotel 15 years ago.

Great access to the beach but wifi, tv and air conditioning all had challenges.

Get the villa it’s worth every penny

The part of the resort where I stated was old, and needed upgrading. The landscaping was in poor condition. The staff were friendly & helpful though. The resort is in a good location, it just needs some updating, fixing a few things, and some TLC.

Our stay at Krabi resort wasn’t the best. The best thing about this hotel is the fact that is has a private area on Ao Nang Beach which is really beautiful. The hotel grounds are beautiful with luscious trees and nature and I imagine that once upon a time the rooms were very high quality too. However, the whole place felt quite rundown and outdated and we had a few problems. We were “upgraded” on arrival - but who knows what from, as in our new room the bathroom lights didn’t work, nor did the phone to call reception to report it. We walked the long route to the lobby (as couldn’t call for a buggy) and asked them to send an engineer whilst we were out having dinner. When we got back hours later, we checked at the lobby first to make sure it had been done and they said no engineer had been sent. So quite late that evening they were trying to fix the electrics in our room. Eventually they moved us and still the electrics were dodgy in the new room - bathroom lights temperamental and only 2 plug sockets in the whole room worked. Then we were given false information - we wanted to book a boat to Railay Beach through the hotel and they told us to come at 8am the next day when the tourism desk opened. But 8am there was no one there, they told us to come back at 10am. We didn’t rely on this and ended up booking the trip from a street vendor instead. There were other times when staff gave us conflicting info. Overall the stay was okay but we probably won’t return.

We have been traveling for 5 weeks now and this is by far my favorite Resort. We rented the huge Bungalow 1 minute walk to the beach with Garden View and private swimming pool 10 ft by 22 ft 5 ft deep. It was worth every penny. With 36° c, every time we came back to the Bungalow it's nice to have a cool pool to jump into. I was probably in it 5 to 8 times a day cooling off. Their own private beach has tons of shade for those who want to sit in the shade and jump into the ocean. Maybe a 200 M walk to get onto the Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, massage parlors, 7 elevens 3 of them. Our breakfast was included good selection. The odd thing was this place does not do much business for lunch and dinner because there's so many other choices out on the street and maybe people are on tours. Definitely take the shuttle boat to Railay Beach for at least half a day hundred Baht each Direction, it's even more beautiful over there. Walk to Phra Nang Beach 30 minutes while over there. Keep an eye out for monkeys sitting on top of the brown fence along the path and we did see one four foot monitor lizard also. You might miss the animals because you will be looking on the other side taking pictures of all the nice rock formation and caves. I'm from Canada a long way from here but I sure hope to come back one day it was fantastic. We were here for four nights, a good amount of time if you're going to multiple cities.

Great location and beautiful design. Staff and friendly and helpful. Right on the beach. Quiet but easy access to shops and restaurants. I'd stay here again. The property is clean but showing its age.

Very nice resort with excellent service. We were upgraded to private villa which was amazing.

The rooms with the private pool are spacious and decorated in a natural theme. They are wonderful accommodations. We didnt want to leave! The grounds are set back from the street so ot is private and quiet with lush plants along the walk walk ways. It backs up to the beach and yet is walkable to everywhere! The breakfast had options for everyone. This is truly a lovely resort

Walking distance to many restaurants, the beach is steps from my room, they provide beach towels, many louge chairs on the beach for guest, rooms where very spacious, with air conditioning the staff was very helpful with any situation that came up. Would recommend this hotel to anyone thats want to be right on the beach, and this beach is kid friendly sandy swallow warm water. Very quiet at night. I would differently book here again.

The resort is beautiful!!

It was moldy in the bathrooms. The hallways were filthy on the floor. The place is so out dated. The “resort” is literally falling apart.

The resort is quite old and the room reflected this. Quite overgrown around the room plus the photos the hotel use are quite misleading and out dated.

Nice location, very good service, old condition. Needs improvements, refreshments in many areas. Stuff need more english speaking personel. Enjoyable stay.

The property has a gorgeous beach but spotty upkeep. The AC system kept us up all night with its loud rattle. It was repaired next day. The windows and bathroom tile could use cleaning. Breakfast was good The use of English, being the language shared by most, should be improved.

This place was amazing for the value! Right on the beach, two huge pools, free HUGE buffet style breakfast. We were able to walk to town with ease and had many options for food, cafes, and taxis. Loved it best place to stay in krabi.

Nice Resort with beautiful pool area, nice area of the beach. However the beds are horrible. It is spring mattresses without anything on top. So the springs are really pushing into your back while sleeping. Also the pillows are way to high!

You can see that this hotel was once lovely. But it now needs a lot of work. There was a wooden towel rack in our bathroom visibly held together with duct tape. The bottom of our tub had a chip and cracks. The grout was crumbling. There was dust and dirt behind the bed. The phone line was so crackly you had to walk to the front desk to be able to talk to them. The grounds are pretty but run down. They need a good renovation. The bell boys were wonderful. Always available to give you a lift in their golf carts. The staff to book the tours was also very helpful and gave great recos.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Feel cheated having paid over $200/night on this property. First off, rooms are not what they show in pics. They are dated, broken tub, walls, really really old beds. It’s almost like you travel back in time to 50 years back. The property has not been updated (except a few rooms which they show in pictures) Things like - only 2 keys per room (one of which needs to be “plugged” to turn on air conditioning), smelly towels, dirty looking bedsheets, were a big turn off! What made the experience worse was indifferent (and sometimes rude) staff. Haven’t experienced this ever in Thailand and I’ve travelled a fair bit around the country. The location is great but there are much better resorts at this price range (even much lower) Really disappointed

The property has a great location and could be a great place to stay. Unfortunately, it has fallen into disrepair and is in bad need of a deep clean everywhere and a lot of general maintenance. One pool had very cloudy, green water instead of clear and the loungers either had missing pads or they were dirty and/or ripped. Rooms were similar with dirty looking taps from the chrome not being polished and cushions for seats being marked and neeeding cleaned or replaced. General grounds also needed maintenance with algae filled ponds and lots falling to pieces.
