I love the management here they are very pleasant and helpful. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and smells good

Clean rooms

The front desk Kiki is so friendly and sweet. She provided me the best service I have ever had. Made sure I knew everything about the hotel, area; and the city. I loved the fact that she gave me a courtesy call 20 mins after I checked in to made sure I made it safe and that everything was good. She made my stay 20/10

My room was very clean and it smelled very good. Had couple of maintenance issues but after the maintenance employee came and left everything was fixed and working in such a short time. Love the staff & the rooms here!

I love the staff! Gabby, Kiki , Corrine, ashari, Amy, Rafiq, Isaac and anyone else I missed. They are kind and helpful and most of all welcoming. House keeping is amazing!! Thank you!!

The general manager here changed my entire stay. Alin was very helpful and walked me to my room and made sure I had everything in the room. He even got me an extra blanket because I was cold and made sure I had some extra towels. Gave me a courtsy call after I checked in to make sure I was happy. I’m so glad I picked this hotel to stay at. I will definitely come back! Thank you

Property looks very good

The air conditioner in the room did not work. It just blew out air! There was roaches in the room. We didn’t notice until the morning when we turned the lights on and the pool was extremely cloudy the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it at the moment, just said use it it’ll be fine???

The property was good the shower was handicapped accessible which is a plus for me the ac needed to be fix tho

This hotel property is overall no hassle . Very professional friendly and prompt service. So much better than the one on 6117 Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad . They are very welcoming to everyone that stays there. You won’t be disappointed. I give this property a high 10

Double room was very small but had what we needed, except if a room is for 2 people there should be 2 chairs to sit on and not just 1.

Found a black widow under the bed, drug users around property, person in the room next door was banging on the walls and had to call front desk multiple times, dog poop all over grassy areas, sand all over the floor.

Really tight!!

The staff were great with the minimal stuff I needed from them. They were nice and helpful. This place was pretty run down even for a Motel 6. The bathroom was basically used up. The floor in the room was rough. The beds were broken down and seemed like they had been for about 20 years. It was walking distance to a nice state park beach.

1. My first room, the electronic key would not work. The manager at the front desk came to help. He was helpful. However, he showed me I had to push the door in hard. But kept not working. He checked another room and was the same. Finally, I decided to get a refund, which he was fine with it. But he found a 3rd room, which was still hard to open but not impossible. So I stayed. 2). I was unsure, but people hanging around the building seemed to look homeless going in and out of rooms. It was uncomfortable. 3). The rooms had been remodeled, but the floors were sticky and not clean. 4). The AC fan was on but smelled like poor quality moldy air. So I turned it off and opened the window, then was fine. I would not stay there again.
